Surrounded by old growth pecan trees. Positioned on the top of the hill across from two other farmhouses on what was once part of a large family farm. Large and open kitchen/dining room. Great for entertaining or simply preparing your meals comfortably. Original Hardwood floors from over 100 years ago give the living room a warmth while putting your feet up in front of the fireplace.
