I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a safe and convenient location for shopping, dining out, and service from housekeeping. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts that i have had in a hotel. There was plenty of variety in food and drinks. My only concern was that the front desk was not staffed consistently. Being from out of town, I had questions to ask of staff, but repeated calls and going to desk were not responded to. That was disappointing. Even at check out, I had to wait around for a receipt and never got one because the lady who tried to help, was unable to retrieve it. Otherwise, my stay was great!

Don’t recommend. Not clean
It’s not a clean hotel. Also, they didn’t allow me and my colleagues to check in early even though they said rooms were available without 75$. So don’t plan to arrive early. The floor was disgusting. Air conditioning and bathroom vent very loud. Don't recommend.

Our bathroom was not clean. There was a large amount of hair stuck to the shower walls. I also had two of the worst nights of sleep due to the quality of the mattresses. Fred and Wilma would have felt right at home.

Sad but true
When we checked in, keys were given to us for somebody else’s room. When we opened the door, there were other people in the room. Uncomfortable. We were given a room with queen bed’s instead of a king, that I had previously paid for. During the night, up to 1:45 in the morning, there were kids in the hallway opening and shutting the door, keeping us awake until then. When we went to take showers in the morning, there was no shampoo or body wash in the provided containers. There wasn’t even a container on the wall for shampoo. We’ve stayed here many times in the last couple of years, and this will be our last. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic, but didn’t offer an incentive to stay there again.

Every time I go up to Rochester to visit my child in college, I stay at the Best Western Yeah marketplace. It is nothing super fancy, but it is centrally located, always clean, and the staff is always always nice. The beds have been very comfortable and some of the rooms have been renovated and have the most amazing showerhead with the best water pressure. The best western usually gives us the best bang for our buck. Room 119 is great. Close to the Continental breakfast.
