Lies and no LATE check-in
Arrived at 3 in the morning to find no one available to check us in. After calls to corporate and over an hour wait someone finally arrived. That someone told me the reason they were not there was because they were charging the phone. Then proceeded to place the phone that they were supposedly charging in front of me so that I could hear it beep and say “battery low battery low”. When we finally got in the room after 4:30 in the morning, the room was dirty, and the window was open. I’ve waited a few days before posting this in hopes that I would receive some type of contact from corporate as they stated they would, but it’s been four days and still nothing.

The property is decent. We travelled with two kids, so there was 4 of us. The room is quite small and the washroom is perhaps the smallest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. It was very hard to give the kids a bath in a tiny shower with no hand held or tap without getting wet. The breakfast was decent considering it was free. Our blanket had some really gross brown stains. For the quality of today, it should’ve been cheaper!!
