The room itself was dirty. There was a bottle cap on floor by the one bed that was never picked by staff. The beds were only half made, the shower did not work on our last day. We did not receive value for money.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Convenient for a quick work trip, however, location is near highways and busy streets. Also I was placed in a room with an adjacent room. I was able to lock the door and put the latch I just felt a little anxious being that I’m a woman traveling alone. Other than that hotel was nice and quiet

Great hotel--horrible mattress.
The hotel is in a great location and the staff were great. The bed--not so much. The mattress was so hard that I ended up sleeping on the loveseat in the room because the bed hurt my back so much.

Pre flight stay in Rochester
The hotel lobby was really nice and our room was very comfortable, the beds and pillows were very clean and super comfy, the bathroom was clean and had complimentary products to use, the breakfast room was spacious with plenty of seating and we enjoyed a really good continental breakfast with plenty of choice I think a hot breakfast was available on request but we were happy with the continental. The only downside was that the pool was too cold for us to use but we only stayed one night so didn’t make a complaint.
