Good location, lots of restaurants and shopping around , girl at the desk was pleasant and friendly, was clean but might be time to consider renovations as the room seemed dated . Didn’t like that breakfast was $16.00 if we wanted it ( should be free like other hotels) ,

It is clean, efficient, and close to RIT. I could have done without the falling down drunk people in the lobby when I checked in, but otherwise, it was what I needed for an overnight stay.

Overall good experience. At night when we reached the hotel, there were some shaddy people standing in the front parking smoking pot. Right next to the sign that says we are not responsible for lost items in car. Park at your own risk. I had to move the car in the back, right in front of my room window so i can keep an eye on it. Other than that, it was okay experience.

I liked that the girl today was nice but I was up all night cause of noise no one at front desk world answer I had to call 3 times there was also hair in the shower and I felt like stuff was crawling on me in the bed
