Excellent staff
The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in Rochester for a swim meet and asked to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready but they called us as soon as it was. Then when Monrovia’s struck the swim meet, they helped us check out a day early. Rooms were good size and super quiet. Excellent breakfast, which is a rarity these days.

Convenient walk to St Mary's for my son's surgical procedural. Clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast is a 10/10 and I appreciated unique options like overnight oats, chia seed pudding, and almond milk. I also appreciated that the room/linens didn't have an overpowering bleach odor as so many hotels do post-pandemic, yet the room and facility was very clean. Staff at check-in and breakfast were not particularly friendly or helpful, and generally had an air of disdain for my children (for example, at check-in they gave unsolicited instruction to bring my children to the lobby to run around if they wake up in the middle of the night - which they don't??)

They cleaned our room BEFORE check out. So we got kicked out of our room, basically. Checkout was at noon. We left and came back and they were in our room cleaning it. Really disappointing.

Nice property and location. I wish I would have known they were under construction- the hall smelled like a construction area and the elevator was wrapped in a blanket and looked sketchy..

We loved our stay at Homewood suites, we especially liked the staff, Matt, front desk, the housekeeping, kitchen everyone was pleasant to talk to and helpful. They made us feel at home. During this sensitive of treatment at Mayo, Cindy the manager was so amazing and caring and checked in on me even gave me a big hug. Wow we felt great being at homewood thanks guys we’ll be sure to come back to visit!
