Barely adequate for one night.
Single night stay as part of a road trip. The room was pieced together with furniture at odd spaces & large empty spaces where it seemed there should have been furniture. The door latch was missing. Bathroom toiletries did not include soap and it was dingy and in I’ll repair. The mini fridge was on the fritz. There were no extra pillows on request, or blankets.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Breakfast area was crowded and we were told that we were not allowed to take our food back to our room, but had to eat in the packed breakfast area - unreasonable! Floor in room was sticky

There was a blood stain on comforter. The bathroom had patched up holes in wall. Werent even painted over. Looks like someone just slapped on spackling, didnt even smooth or sand it.

a good, basic hotel. however they had no coffee cups for the coffee! Also our soap dispenser was empty in the shower (a minor problem for us). the bed pillows were a bit hard making for a difficult night's sleep.

Our experience at Super 8 Hotel on Lehigh Station Road in Henrietta, Rochester. When we checked in the woman was rather rude. When we got to the 2 rooms, my room had hair in the tub and pubic hair on the toilet seat. Only 2 towels, the floors were fake hardwood that they apparently only swept and never mopped because I spilled a bit of water and the cloth I wiped it up with was black with dirt. The other room had hair on one of the beds and When they went to use the ice bucket it had bugs in it. And while we were gone someone entered our rooms even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I went to the desk to get soaps as there were none in the room and extra towels, the same rude women gave me the 3rd degree about getting towels and they were out of soap for our entire stay. We had to go out and purchase some. Also on our last day they were spraying chemicals in the hallways (cleaning the rugs) that stunk to the high heavens. That should not be done during the busy daytime. Some people like me have asthma and other breathing issues that can't take that. I had an asthma attack because of what they were spraying. Very inconsiderate people that work there.

Very bad experience with super 8 Henrietta
We had confirmed booking but the property told us they do not have room available for us. so we needed to relocate at midnight to another area hotel which was way inferior. somebody needs to look into the management practices of this property. very poor experience.

We rented two rooms. When we got there at 10 pm one of our rooms bed was not made. The other room sheets had strands of hair and other things in it. We got new rooms and again hair in sheets. So we went some were else.

No Super 8 ever again!
I guess seeing the Wyndham in the name tricked me into thinking there would be some minimal standard of quality and hygiene. There’s no elevator to get to the second floor, just the stairs. Not easy for an older couple with suitcases. The first room was so dirty that we asked for another room (the toilet was not even flushed, let alone cleaned). The front desk was unconcerned, seemingly used to such requests. The second room was also dirty and didn’t have any soap. Once again the front desk staff was unmoved and informed me that they were out of soap, but there was shampoo. There was only one bath towel so when I asked for another, she said “Isn’t there a towel in the room?” - I had to explain that we were 2 people and needed 2 towels. The pillows and the bed were very old and uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress made so much noise that I woke up every time my wife moved. The “breakfast” consisted of apples, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. They had run out of coffee!!!

The first room we were put in was not cleaned. Dirty children's pajamas laying on shelf, toilet was not clean and vanity was very dirty. The second room we were put in had cigarette burn holes in comforters, toilet and vanity was not very clean. There was no soap and only two towels for 4 people. Do not recommend anyone to stay at this place.
