I love the clarion, the only thing is that they have changed a lot, especially now it’s a 100 dollars incidental fee which has changed and it take forever for u to get it back.

Pictures are not accurate. Libby looks nice then you walk into the hotel area …filthy, dated, and I between half ass renovations. First room we were given the balcony door didn’t close or lock, second room we were given was in a floor where multiple rooms were left open at 8pm with loud music, our room was 90 degrees as someone left the test in full blast, and drunk like smoke. Walls were spackled room was dirty, abc we FOUND A COCKROACH IN THE BED. THE BEDSKIRT WAS FULL OF WHITE STAINS…BED BUGS? the only good thing about this hotel was his easy the front desk lady was at refunding us. She said she didn’t even need to see our photo of the bug as she believed us

I had to buy my own roach insecticide, they don’t tell you that you have to give a cash deposit in advance, they tell you right there in the desk and the ATM doesn’t work! I stayed there one week which I place the “made service” well nope, I had to live with dead roaches that I killed and I didn’t have were to put garbage anymore! This is why people rather Airbnb

I had to stay for work. The room was full of cockroaches. They changed my room twice and the same thing happened, they were even on the bed. Total infestation. I had to buy insecticide to fix it. I don't know how this "hotel" is in operation and I don't know how it passes inspection. Terrible, not recommended.

Smelt of Smoke. Many holes in the bathroom wall. Killed about 2 roaches. Killed one un identified bug in my bed. Lamp shades looked like they have seen better days. AC Unit was falling apart. Felt very much like a low income housing projects. As well the young lady at the front desk was helpful, but felt like every questioned I asked I was annoying her. She was not of good attitude or going above and beyond to make me feel warm, welcomed and attended to.

The property needs to be renovated expeditiously! The lobby isn’t clean, the elevators smell horrible and the hallways reek of urine. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close because the hinges were missing at the bottom. Roaches were coming out of the sink. The air conditioner looks like it’s going to fall apart at any second. There were also roaches behind the dresser that the tv sits on. The walls are extremely dirty and the carpet is petrifying. There’s holes all in the walls. Worst experience ever!
