The woman that checked us in was very quiet and not very welcoming. The hallway carpet on the 2nd floor has a lot of stains. Then we got to our room, #223, and even though the room was very spacious, there were holes in the walls. It looked like pictures or other things had been taken down, but the holes had not been repaired. The bed was super low to the floor and you could easily see the body indentations in the mattress. It was definitely time for a new one. The bathroom only had a small bottle of lotion, but no soap for the sink. It seemed like housekeeping needed to go back and recheck the room for completeness. We liked the extra table and chairs and the refrigerator with a freezer. We also really liked the lights on both sides of the bed. They could be adjusted to any brightness you wanted. The ice machine also worked very well.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, however the breakfast was very disappointing. We were there well before closing time for breakfast yet there was almost nothing left to eat, just some scrambled egg leftovers. There was only one choice of spread for toast and the orange juice and yoghurt were so sweet that they were inedible.
