The Sea Haven Motel In Rockaway Beach is the perfect location to explore and enjoy everything the Oregon Coast has to offer. Sitting just off of the Pacific Coast Highway, two blocks from the Pacific Ocean, you are barely a quarter mile outside of downtown Rockaway Beach.

PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Haven Motel offers budget friendly accommodations while enjoying the Oregon Coast.

This fantastic two bedroom unit is perfect for families or two couples looking to explore and enjoy one of the hidden gems of the region. Inside you will find an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living area. There are two separate bedrooms and a spacious full bathroom.

Outside there are some wonderful shared amenities our guests can enjoy. There is a fire-pit, and ample seating in both chairs and picnic tables to enjoy some great food and ocean breezes.

Great location, just two blocks from the beach
Not particularly glamorous and a little small in the sleeping quarters, but had all the amenities I could ask for. We didn’t spend much time in the rooms or the unit, but when we did it was comfortable and quiet. Appliances could use some updating but overall a nice stay. If you are staying in Rockaway Beach, give this place a try. Good price points, great location, and friendly people in the area. Be nice to people and they will return the favor!

First the good. Easy to call and chat with staff when we had an issue with booking. Not their fault at all and Chris was awesome with helping me fix it. Very courteous and accommodating! Spacious and price was good too. Now the eh… Cute but a bit worn. Needs a little TLC. Just a tad more attention to detail on cleaning in spots. Furniture was stained. Blinds could use a good dusting and seemed worn out but I understand those are expensive. Wall had some spots that would be easily tidied by a magic eraser. You are right next to road and the kitchen fridge (?) kept making a clicking noise. If you’re a light sleeper I don’t suggest this location. Next door minimart has very bright lights that shine into bedrooms through closed blinds. One room has curtains to dim a bit but other doesn’t. Would love for it to be a bit more welcoming, especially if coffee or tea was included.

Cozy but...
It was listed as a condo and upon arrival, it was a converted motel room. The place was cozy but was definitely lacking cleanliness: (. The management was very accommodating by bringing us extra blankets and letting us check in and hour early. I let them know my dissatisfaction about the clumsiness of the place and they replied immediately and apologized. Overall I would recommend I just think that they should advertise that it is a motel not a condo and definitely have the place clean so this day is 100% amazing.

The location is great - 2 short blocks from the beach. It has a cottage feel and the beds are comfy. The full kitchen was really appreciated. The only negative was the upholstered furniture. It is stained and dirty.

Excellent little beach condo in a great location
The condo was larger than we expected! 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, 2nd room with a double. Comfy couch, full kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms are small, but really only needed for sleeping. The living area was excellent space for hanging out. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, markets, all fantastic and walking distance! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a medium sized family!
We were able to nab this spot a couple weeks before we stayed. We just needed to find a place to sleep for the night for a quick trip to the coast! It was nice to find a place that would fit all 5 of us + our dog. The Sea Haven lives up to its name. It’s a few blocks from the coast and right next to quick shopping for anything you need at the beach. Unit 1 has lots of space and we would for sure stay again!

Our visit to Rockaway Beach was incredible. This property fit our needs 100%. The location was so close to the beach! My 81 year old mother and her little dog were able to stay with us in the spacious rental. The kitchen was well equiped. Everything was clean!!! The beds were comfy! Our adult daugher stayed on the hide-bed. There were fans available and screens on the windows which allowed us to cool the space off at night. A great added touch! As a heads up -- the one bedroom has limited space to move around the bed. This is not a criticism, only an observation noted future visitors. The Indian food truck next door is a must try! We will stay at this property again if it is available when we visit.

Our family greatly enjoyed this property! Extremely relaxing trip. Very short walk to the beach, short walk to Dollar General which has just about everything you might forget at home, ample parking, and close enough to Seaside, Tillamook, and Netarts which were our target locations for this trip. Had successful clamming at Netarts Bay during low tide, and an awesome Charter Boat trip with Tradewinds in Depoe Bay. The beds were comfy, along with the hide abed, had enough items in the kitchen to cook. Shower was always warm, and we loved chilling on the patio. You could hear the ocean. Staff was awesome and responsive. Victor is just the coolest! The only negatives...The tub/shower needs to be refinished and a hallway wall A/C unit will help control the temp. The fans helped alot, but with the food truck seating next to the Master window, we had a little bit of an issue getting a cross breeze as we didn't want to open that window or blinds in that room. Beyond those 2 things, the place was awesome!
