Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 2 private upper apartments in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. • For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.
• There is a shared driveway with room for 3 cars. Absolutely no trailers or boats are allowed and no parking on the grass.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
