America's Best
Typical no frills hotel. Pool was unusable due to cottonwood debris. Breakfast was not worth the effort. The room was clean and odor free so that was nice. Front desk service was very fast and friendly.

Perfectly adequate
Drove down to Ohio from Michigan for the eclipse. We managed to get a room here about a week in advance despite most hotels being booked. I appreciate that they did not jack their prices way up to take advantage of all the tourists. The local Hampton had rooms at $950/night which is ridiculous. Most other hotels were $300-350/night so the $150 we paid (including parking) for this hotel was very reasonable. The room itself was on the older side and a bit run down but overall was clean and comfortable. We got what we paid for which is perfectly fair. The staff was friendly. We had to wait a little longer to check in due to staff running behind with the massive influx of travelers which was to be expected, not a big deal. The bed was comfortable, we all slept great. We turned the air conditioner on for noise and it was a bit stinky. We did not get breakfast in the morning but it looked to be a decent selection.

Very close to restaurants and stores. Bed was super unconfortable. And although I had to reserve 2 smoking rooms, because that's all it was left for the eclipse, and knew it would smell bad. It was way worse than I thought. I could barely breathe because it smelled so bad. Made me sick at my stomach.
