Staff was wonderful. The room was pleasant. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was not great. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site and we had eaten at other Embassy suites haven’t very good in the past. Our dinner was not good. Fish was horrible. The chef did not cook it properly. The inside batter was still mushy. The fish itself was not good tasting. We sent it back. The chicken wings were really good. The southwest eggrolls were a disappointment. Mushy inside.

Staff was friendly, Breakfast was fresh, Overall Facility itself showed its age, Rooms had a mold smell with obvious sign of where water damage had tried to be repaired on the ceiling in the bedroom and carpet shriveled below. We stayed 3 nights and there was something spilled against one of the walls by the switch to the elevator we noticed the first night, by the third night whatever was spilled was still on the wall…

Top Notch
The front desk was very friendly. The suite was well decorated & clean. The bathroom sink had a large crack, (but glued & not leaking) in it. The sheets smelled nice & the bed & pillows were comfy. The full breakfast was top notch.

Lady at front desk was to print my bill. When I checked in she said, you have two reservations. I had an additional one night stay that I didn't make. She said I would have to call them. I never uses this service. I wanted to see my bill. I didn't get a confirming bill by email. Bruce Hilburn

It never got above 67 degrees. They said they were having problems but that didn’t help that it was freezing. The front desk staff were rarely available to help guests. They were not available initially. The room was clean and well taken care of.

The living room area had a musky smell. Found a live roach in bathroom. Killed it. Breakfast was fantastic. The weather had quickly got very cold so the heated pool was chilly. And all staff i encountered were very polite and friendly.

Such a disappointment!!
I was very disappointed with this Embassy Suites. The accommodations were very uncomfortable. The hotel controlled the temperature controls and they did not adjust for the 20-40 degree weather. Rooms thermostats could not go beyond 72 and was blowingcold air. My poor elderly parents were freezing the entire time. They changed rooms 3 times. The staff did provide a space heater but too much money was paid to be in a cold room. The dining area was also cold because it was near the entrance. This made the lackluster breakfast buffet even less appealing. Ice machines were disgusting. The only saving grace was the staff. Most of them made a good effort to provide good service. Embassy suites is just not worth the price anymore. Disappointment in the chain is becoming the norm.

I was a little disappointed for the price charged. I think this hotel is about 25 years old and it shows. Everything looks a little rough. Stains on the couch cushions, mattress has a large dip in it where folks usually sleep, sink and bath slow to drain … it’s just due for a refresh. Hilton would do well to spend a little bit of money and do a minor refresh. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t terrible, the staff was mostly pleasant, it just felt more like a budget hotel than an embassy suites.
