Breakfast was a nice variety of food selection...BUT Not a fan of turkey sausage at all and that was all they served on the weekend, my stay was from Saturday to Wednesday, finally had nicely cook bacon... hurray!

We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was really good. I would have given a better rate but we woke up at middle of the night with very itchy bedbugs bites. I have six bites in my arms and legs. My 11 and 4 years old were bitten too. Very unfortunate. I think this should be addressed as soon as possible. Room number 590

This is a perfect place to stay if your going to use the train station, it’s very convenient. The shower is powerful, the room is clean, the breakfast is nice, the gym might as well be non existent because nothing works. The staff is kind. It can be loud at times because you can hear everything going on outside. Overall a good stay.

Great stay except for the coffee
Clean, quiet, comfortable room with very nice touches. The pack & play for the baby was new out of the box. She slept so soundly as the soft baby pillows cradled her head. Everyone at the property was welcoming & accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good, but the in room coffee is like brown water. Dont bother

This hotel shows in Expedia as an option for hotels near the JFK airport but the hotel is 30 min away from the airport. Overpriced. When I called trying to cancel the reservation, explaining I made a mistake, that the hotel was far from the airport, the manager did not let me cancel the reservation. The place is horrible, the hotel was completely empty. Scary, noise at night.

This is a motel! Online they only show the lobby area when in fact it is a motel style accommodation. My daughter and I were terrified as we have only seen these places on tv. I could not get a refund. Though the cleanliness of the bathroom was okay, the room carpet was wet and moldy. The place smells like smoke, the AC was loud and blew dirty air. My asthma was triggered off as I couldn’t breathe, I didn’t sleep for the entire night both because I was scared and coughing (luckily I travelled with my puffer) I literally had to go to the hospital the moment I landed home… neverrrrrrr again!
