Welcome to your home away from home. The Martin house is a perfect getaway for small town festivities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, the upstairs bedrooms have a king and 2 twin beds. The sofa also pulls out to make a full bed. The kitchen has all of the essentials including a double wall oven, gas stove, and microwave. There is a weber gas grill on the back patio. The garage has a pool table, tv, and comfy seating. With 4 acres of land and a fire pit you will have plenty of space to spend time outdoors. The home includes a dining room with a table to fit the whole family as well as a screened in porch. There are bicycles that you are welcome to use to ride around town. The home is newly renovated in neutral colors and most furniture and beds are new.

Charming Home in Rockville
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rockville is a charming town with great downtown square area and close to three State Parks/Recreation areas. Property is as advertised and has beautiful back yard area. Host is gracious and responsive! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend to anyone considering!

Nice Home Near Turkey Run
This place was awesome! The giant yard was nice for the kids to run around. Everything was well supplied; balls, games, chairs etc. for outside and garage; everything we needed in the kitchen; extra blankets etc. for the rooms. Super clean. Definitely would stay here again!

The house is really nice with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 real bathrooms, great outdoor spaces and there’s even a pool table in the game room/garage. Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting the state parks!

Wonderful Stay
The home was very clean. We enjoyed many of the extras that the owners thought about! The game room with a heaters, the front porch with a heater, the outdoor areas with string lights, the bikes, basketball hoop, and the list goes on! Definitely enjoyable for all ages. Everything was stocked and available to us. Close to the cute downtown town of Rockville as well as a short drive to Turkey Run and Shades State Parks. Wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved this home. Anything and everything you would ever need. Loved that it smelled clean and was clean! The bed and the linens were the best in any VRBO that I’ve been in. A very thoughtful informative booklet was available to help with eateries and etc… Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer. Loved all the activities that were available for the guests.

Our family Christmas was blessed to use this home; decorated including a tree was perfect. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this kitchen was very well equipped with pots/pans/utensils/applicances/basic spices/place settings for a family of 7. Pool table was fun and owner was very responsible in planning our stay.

We had a great time visiting the area with family and friends. The property was perfect! Great location to Turkey Run, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful weekend visiting Turkey Run State Park. Spending time at the Martin House with family made the experience even better. This house has absolutely everything you need plus more. It was extremely clean and quaintly decorated. Next time i hope for warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside amenities this home has to offer.

Perfect for family of 5
We rented this property for a long weekend to hike Turkey Run State Park as a family. There was enough room for all 3 children to have their own space (with one child on the sofa bed). We could have put 2 kids in the twin beds upstairs but that’s how temperamental teens work. The location was perfect; only about 10-15 min drive to the park, easy drives to various covered bridges, two doors down from a CVS which was very handy, though it still felt private and homey.
