Once i got my key fir my room.had to find the desk attendant bc they didnt write my room nu.ber down. Then i wanted to soak in the tub but couldnt turn the water off bc the handle got stuck and had to wait over an hour for someone to come turn it off. I was not aware of the happy hour pplicy as far as the drink compacity which should have been specified

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. All the staff from front desk, restaurant and house cleaning was friendly and professional. Property was beautiful and clean. I will definitely be going back again.

Home for the Holidays!
Embassy suites was an amazing experience over the holidays. Upon arrival we were given a choice on which floor we wanted, and then we made some hot chocolate at the hot chocolate bar. On Christmas Eve there were games in the lobby for everyone which included cash prizes and goody bags for everyone. Kids were given teddy bears as well. The staff was super friendly and caring! It felt like we were with family! Thank you!

A bit more expensive than where we normally stay, but Teresa, who checked us in, and the staff were exceptional. From having actual separate bedrooms, which a lot of other hotels advertise, but don’t actually have. To giving my kids teddy bears and us hot chocolate, everything, except maybe the apparent age of the carpeting was exceptional. This Embassy suites may have won the brand a couple of converts, despite the added expense.

This hotel was what we expected. It’s always nice to stay at the Embassy suites. The breakfast is amazing full breakfast bar. The hotel was extravagant decorated so beautiful for this Christmas season. The staff was friendly, very helpful. Overall, I will recommend this hotel if you’re in the Concord area.

I was interrupted throughput the night due to very loud neighbors who were doing very personal things that should have stayed between them. My spa visit also wasn't good due to the massage therapist being on her phone texting the entire appointment.
