This comfortable, private, and immaculate apartment has a large bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. As well as a spacious and well-equipped, eat-in kitchen, full bath, and laundry. Enjoy watching the large screen in the cozy living room with an electric fireplace. Walk out to the exclusive-use waterside yard, patio, gas grill, and fire pit. New dock to be built in winter 2023 Rental includes the use of 2 sit-on kayaks ( please bring your own life vests). You are going to love this place!!
