Step up to the second level for the great room with separate living area complete with sliders to the soundside deck and 6-person hot tub, large attractive windows with beautiful sound views, wet bar with ice machine, powder room, TV, and stereo. Up a few steps is a breakfast nook with table and wraparound windows for ocean to sound views. The kitchen is well stocked with seating at the bar to compliment the separate dining area. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
