Welcome and thanks for looking at our comfortable little holiday home. Located at Rogues Point on the Yorke Peninsula being an easy drive from Adelaide, just metres from the ocean and a boat ramp at the end of our beach.
Ardrossan is only five minutes by car with two good hotels for a counter meal and a drink, the local Foodland has everything you will need along with a chemist, liquor and hardware store, butcher plus a bakery in town as well.
Our holiday home is small but cosy, featuring two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bathroom, kitchen with a new oven and side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine (please BYO coffee pods), an eat in dining area located to the side of the kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with a large flat screen TV. There is a reverse Cycle air con unit plus ceiling fans. Pillows, blankets, quilts towels and linen provided, car parking for four vehicles, outdoor BBQ plus dining setting overlooking the ocean available as well.
All guests are welcome to a complimentary late check out during off peak times (please confirm with owner), trained responsible pets allowed.

Loved the property, clean fully equipped apart from bbq, which we could not use due to not cleaned, some wood for firepit would have been good too. Great location caught some fish, dogs loved it, flies were a pain, need a mozzie net for hat.

What can I say, excellent spot,right on the water , very quite spot. The shack itself is verry well appointed with cooking equipment games,and more. We loved the fire pit, and breakfast outside watching the water. Will be back

A peaceful get away
We enjoyed our stay, Rogue Point is a peaceful location, and the shack has a fantastic sea view. Our high lite was the evenings when we would sit in front of the firepit listening to the waves lap the rocks. Everyday we took our dogs walking on the beach, with all that the shack offers we felt relaxed.

View amazing. Cleanliness fair bit to be desired.
Being right on beach was amazing. But we arrived to about 12 mouse traps set throughout shack and having to take out a couple of dead mice. I think that it would be better to have someone come in not long before guest arrive remove mouse traps but in cupboard. Explain community has mouse issue and that traps available in cupboard. Few other concerns too. One bedroom felt potentially unusuable due to number of traps set there and general feel of room. Luckily the view and access to beach was amazing. Think some people would not have stayed to that welcome.

Right on the beach for lots of lovely walks and swims . Sun rise over the ocean. Shaded afternoon outdoors on hot day.great fridge and stove. Sliding entrance door difficult to open. Hopefully gets fixed soon. Comfortable beds and lounge. Would definitely book again
