You will love this spacious home. Equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for eight people, this quiet home is located in a nice neighborhood. Privacy shades are included for every window.

We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The washer is front loading with larger capacity and a quick wash option.

For your safety, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms are also provided and are not to be removed.

Conveniently located in the heart of Rolla, you’ll be close to S&T University, Phelps County Hospital, nearby riverways, Maramec Springs Park, Old Route 66, Oak Meadow Country Club Golf Course, and numerous local wineries. The house is approximately 110 miles from Lambert St. Louis International Airport, 29 miles from Ft. Leonard Wood, and 110 miles from Springfield, Missouri.

To ensure our cleaning service can properly prepare the home for the next guests, we are rarely able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please book an additional day if you foresee needing different times.

A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more.

While we strive to make your stay as easy as possible, please note that this is an actual home, and we do not have on-call staff for tasks such as taking out the trash.

To keep our cleaning fees low, the base nightly rate includes up to three guests. After three guests an additional charge of $15 per night for each guest will be charged to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs.

Two of the bedrooms and the washer / dryer are located in the basement. The stairs have been considered steep by some.

This is a NO PETS home to ensure cleanliness and safety for guests with allergies.
