This place is ok if you’re just looking to crash somewhere for a day or two! Booked 4 nights while visiting my fiancé who just completed Basic Training! The place was overall a regular hotel! Unfortunately no smart tv so I had to run out and grab a Roku device! The toilet also backed up on me several times! The staff was great though, when I ran into issues! They immediately fixed it! If you have the extra money, then I wouldn’t recommend this place! If you’re just looking for a place until the next morning! It’s perfect!

Terrible!
They listed an indoor heated pool. The pool is empty and has no water! The hotel is very dirty. The rug when you enter is so disgusting, I am surprised they even have it there! I requested a refund before checking in because we checked out the pool and seen it didn’t have water. Hotels.com needs to start checking the facilities they are working for because they are lying about amenities and conditions of hotels!

Better than I have seen for the price.
For the cost it was great. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but the shower was hot. Disappointed that they didn't have the hot breakfast on Sunday, but the waffle maker worked and the assortment of cold breakfast was good.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and always available. Easily located to interstates, restaurants. Very quiet and private. Breakfast foods could have had little bit more variety.

Cold water, toilet kept running when told staff they said we know hoping to get a plumber by end of week. They didn’t finish painting the room it looked terrible and the lock didn’t work. Would never recommend and after driving almost 10 hours it was a huge disappointment.

I wanted a hotel with an indoor pool. The whole reason I got a hotel was to swim in the pool. Hotels. Com showed they had a pool and it did not say under maintenance. When we got there they told me the pool is closed for maintenance. I was upset but I was offered no discount or anything

For one night it was definitely alright. Our room had a horrible dirty smell as soon as we walked in. Eventually we became nose blind to it so it was not a big deal. If we had been staying more than one night, we would have asked for another room. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. We got there at 8:40 am so there was still quite a bit of serving time left. The only food available was waffles and stale donuts/muffins. There was not hot food out at all. The serving dishes for the buffet foods were cold to the touch. So not even sure if they ever include hot foods in their continental breakfasts however all of the hotels that I have ever stayed at do have a meat and an egg option. So overall, I would not stay here again.

They had Luke warm water my entire stay. stains on their towels and they kept charging my credit card a $25.00 fee but kept changing their story why they charged me. Thankfully my credit card was on LOCK so the charges never went trhough.
