Excellent location! Not only was this hotel steps from the Spanish Steps, but easily walkable to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain! Staff was wonderful!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
No communication that you won't actually be able to drive a car there and that you can only walk. Taxi's would not take us. Staff acted annoyed that I was frustrated and couldn't find it. Then, there are massive stairs and there was no way I was lugging all of my suitcases with my 77 year old mother up those stairs. A/C stopped working and they blammed it on me, funny though, I hadn't touched it. I would never stay there again. They said they would do something for me for my inconvenience....still waiting...

Lovely little boutique hotel in the center of town. The people were very kind and lovely. When my partner had a medical emergency. They were kind enough to refund the money on the second room. Highly recommend. Good value for the money

Great location! No hot water and thin walls.
Great location but there was no hot water in the shower (not acceptable for the amount we paid) and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors talking. On the plus side, there’s a small elevator so you don’t have to carry your suitcases up the stairs.

Really, really great location in Rome. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Room itself was gorgeous. Don’t be fooled by the small lobby. The rooms are large and very high end. Getting taxis and Ubers was tricky because the immediate area was Mostly people on foot filling the streets so cars had trouble getting thru, but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to anyways. It’s a very lively area so the streets were full of people talking & singing when we went to bed and when we got up. I just turned my white noise app up and slept fine.

The location of this hotel was perfect. A five minute walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps, a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. We walked everywhere. We had a delightful room with a huge bathtub, a window that opened over the streets of Rome, included breakfast, and Ariel on the front desk was amazing and helpful in every way. The only reason I didn’t give this Hotel five stars was there was no desk whatsoever so I had to stack two coffee tables on top of each other to make a desk because I still had to work while I was in Rome

The room was clean and well appointed, the staff was so nice and helpful! The location is central and close to everything. You are midway between two metro stops so there is a bit of walking, but in general a really convenient location. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was probably one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. Mould in the bathroom, dust and grime all over the floor (definitely not been vacuumed). The room looks nice on the surface, however was very noisy in the corridor, the do not disturb system was extremely bright in the night and the curtains barely blocked out the light as well. For a quick trip to Rome, it was in a great location, central to a lot of tourist hot spots, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good location, walking distance from everything tourist's heart desires :))) very good caffe and restaurants around . Staff is amazing, especial thank you to Romina and amazing gentleman that was on a shift from noon till the evening. Very clean. The only minus and my complain is lift. It is not on a ground floor, it is about 10 steps above, and if you have very heavy suitcase - it is inconvenient. But staff always tries to help, Romina carried my suitcase for me and I am so grateful. But relocation of the lift or addition of slide will definitely add value to the hotel.

Amazing place, easy walking distance to anything. VERY CLEAN, literally Monica from Friends clean 😁 staff super friendly and very helpful, especially Romina that helped us a lot (and magically combined our 2 separate reservations) and totally amazing gentleman, that usually works through the day (sorry for lack of name, was not sure how to spell it correctly). He made my stay, I never ever experience such helpfulness and kindness. People like him credit to any business! Every time in Rome - this hotel only.
