This hotel was an overall ok place to stay. My wife and I stayed in the apartment building owned by the hotel which was just on the other side of Campo De Fiori from the hotel. The location was definitely the highlight of this property. We were at most a 30 min walk from everything we wanted to do. There are many options for food, drinks, dessert, and shopping the second you walk out of the building. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed in the apartment we were still given access to the hotels rooftop terrace which has spectacular views overlooking Rome.
We did however find the bed and pillows in our room to be quite hard and thin. The shower was not as clean as we would have liked. And the employee that showed us to the apartment didn’t offer to carry my wife’s suitcase up the stairs (which they did at every other hotel we stayed at on this trip).
Not that our stay was bad at all but we were a little let down because this property was by far the most expensive out of the three places we stayed at on this vacation and the others had no negatives at all.
