Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is in a cute little piazza and there are some cafes right next to it. A beautiful church right across the street and 8 minutes walk to the coliseum. They have an elevator and air conditioners. Perfect stay for me

It was nice hotel, safe area, rooms are ok.The only suggestion is they need better way to cover the light in the rooms that are facing the street. Maybe better curtains because was a little hard for me to sleep with all that light at night. Also the bathroom is very small.

Lovely hotel by the Colosseum
Super cute boutique hotel in walking distance to the Colosseum! 2-3 blocks at most! The hotel is conveniently located in a little square with eateries and shopping. I loved the herbal scents of the soaps and lotion in the bathroom. I'd stay herw again!

When I checked in, the employee at the desk was friendly, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The lobby was clean, welcoming and cold water was available after the walk from the station in the heat. The room was simple, but offered all the items I needed. I would definitely stay there again as the price point was excellent for the services and amenities provided.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were warm, friendly and courteous. A small fridge and tv in the room would have been nice. It would be nice if the city of Rome could care a little bit more about the litter that is strewn everywhere in the section of Monti (absolutely no fault of the hotel). I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Rome.

Excellent location, staff were fabulous and very helpful and lots of cafe's and bars. we were very happy. The room we had was quiet small and no fridge or coffee/tea making facilities but we had air conditioning. would definitely recommend with location and wonderland

They assigned me room 305 which is super small. The cleaning lady starts making a horrible noise around 8am, making it impossible for the guest to rest. There is a wooden ramp in front of the room door where they go up and down a cleaning cart and heavy things, which makes your stay a disaster :/

SUBJECT: Watch out!!! Unfairly charged us 43 euros for a water kettle we "damaged" when we'd never even seen it!!! They charged us 43 EUROS after accusing us of damaging a kettle that we had never even used. According to them, they were certain because they checked the room daily, and they found the damaged kettle after our checkout. But I didn’t even know where the kettle was. / They claimed that we put milk in the kettle and broke it, but we don't consume milk while travelling. Initially, we exchanged a couple of emails, and we even visited a week later to ask the front desk to speak to the manager. The manager completely ignored my calls and emails for more than two months and also ignored requests from the Expedia Customer Service Team (which I had asked for). If you don’t want to be ignored when problems arise, You should also prepare plenty of evidence on your end.
