The rooms are not soundproof, and the shower entry doors in all the rooms are too small—too small for a regular female. Otherwise, it's a good value for the money at a great location. The fact that they don't have an elevator is not a big issue unless you have health problems.

During the day there was a noise and vibration that made everything shake, I reported this but was never given a reason for this nor was the issue ever addressed. It took them several days to respond so I was already vacated the property by the time I received a reply. There are about 50 steps leading up to the unit and no elevator, this was not clear on their website. I would not stay here again

It's a private suite in a shared space with a few other suites. Only a block from the Pantheon, tons of restaurants nearby, very convenient location. not a "hotel". no front desk staff, but there is help readily available.

Great location but hard to sleep here.
Not a good choice if sleep is important to you. There was very little soundproofing so other guests coming and going disturbed our sleep. The worst part was some kind of machinery that started up in the downstairs restaurant at 5 AM. It was like laying on a vibrating bed with a woodpecker attacking the wall beside us. Otherwise the room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The location was excellent!

This hotel is in a great position and walking distance from the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Shops and restaurants and cafes literally outside the front door which is very handy after a long day of sightseeing. The property itself was unstaffed and is self check in. Details are sent prior to arrival and all went smoothly. We had a very nice clean room and decor is nice too. Only downside in my opinion was there was no view outside the bedroom window, just looked out onto ac units and the backs of other properties which made it very dark inside. Having said that, it’s in Rome so you don’t go there to sit in your room! Would definitely visit again as very convenient location.

The hotel was in the heart of activity and walkable to major attractions. Quiet at night. Our stay was clean and comfy. Drawbacks were the huge flight of stairs with luggage and complicated door locks combinations to enter the building. But if safety is a priority, I will take 3 safety locks to be secure.

The rooms are large and beautiful. Autonomous check in. The only caveat is there is no elevator, so if you have luggage, then 45 steep steps is difficult . If you are young and fit, no problem. Located a couple hundred feet from the Pantheon, so lots of dining, and easy to get a taxi. The owners are very gracious and accommodating

Great location
Great location! Could not have picked a better location. It was nice, clean (besides the septic smell which is a city thing I believe) easy to get in and out. Beds were so comfortable. They gave you extra like slippers and good bathroom items. Great spot to stay. Would definitely recommend!

It has the perfect location, clean and comfortable room. Great restaurants, shops, Pantheon, etc. Thankfully we only had carry on luggage, which was perfect to fetch up the 2 flights of stairs. We did not mind the 2 flights at all. But, if you have large & heavy luggage, this could an issue as there is no elevator. The power went out for a few hours and because of that there was no hot water. The staff did not inform us prior to check-in, even though there were power outage notices posted and they were aware. We would stay here again since it was very clean and a great location.

Not great communication with owner. No one was around to ask question. Location was fabulous but had 3 flight of stairs and we are traveling for 4 weeks and only stayed there 1 night, so inconvenient. Hotels.com did not make it apparent that this was not a hotel. Also hard location if you have lots of bags.
