The staff is so friendly and helpful! They were very helpful to arrange rides. The building is a bit older, but has Italian charm. There is an elevator, but it’s tiny. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice, but the water kept going cold off and on. The room was large! I always enjoy a patio, but this patio leaned a bit and made me nervous. Great location for shopping, eating, and touring!

The location and apartment were great! It had everything you could need from a complete kitchen including a Nespresso machine to a washer! So clean and host ready to help! Would definitely stay here again!

We did not have any hot water our first night. We communicated to the staff and she had someone look into it. The next night 2 people in our group were able to shower with hot water. The next night no hot water for anyone. Very disappointed to not have a hot shower.

location is awesome. room was very quit, clean place.The host was very active in contacting us before our 48 hrs of my chk in and very communicative before I chk in on the hour that their is no one. in the premises. I virtually chk with no problem. we enjoyed our stay , and we had some challenges that they cannot solve. ONE must keep in mind while booking THe hotel, KEEP in mind YOUR arrival flight and the time of your chk in to the hotel. IF you think that you will arrive on the time that’s THE RECEPTION is close,THEN you must be in contack with them to how you will check in. Other wise , It will be challenging to get your key , or TO check in.

Great staff and communication
We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic. The suite was fine. We spent most of our time sightseeing and really didn't use the room that much. The real reason for the strong review is the overall helpfulness of the staff. They arranged a car pick up for us from the airport that went flawlessly. They also were helpful on some baggage storage issues. Overall, a really great experience. Would recommend.

I felt scammed walking into this place. It was nothing like the pictures, it was a hole in the wall, even google showed it at “permanently closed.” I asked local businesses that were on the same block to guide me to the address and no one had even heard of the place. The name isn’t out front. When we finally got there, the reception area was musty, old looking, and smelly. Alessandra was great though, kudos. Walking in to the room, it wasn’t the most terrible thing ever but it definitely wasn’t what was shown in the pictures. On night 2 there was a bug in my sheets and I guess when room service came throughout the day, they must of taken the AC control because we couldn’t find it anywhere after using it that morning, therefore, we slept in a hot room and there is not reception past 6pm. I don’t give it 1 star because it’s in a great location… hope this helps

The room was kept very clean, but not well accessorized - no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower, one chair in the entire suite, and two tiny pieces of soap for the sink or shower. The refrigerator did not work. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and as I said the room was cleaned well each day.

Nice room in room, central location
Convenient to many of the popular sites, shopping, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. Staff was friendly and helpful. A/C was not working well in the hot weather. Nice to have our own patio and separate rooms with our adult children traveling with us.

This is more like a low quality B&B than a hotel. It was situated in an apartment building, and I was given a room 3ft next to the receptionist desk, and it was very small, difficult to move around and very noisy. I was “upgraded” to a quieter, slightly larger room only after I insist. The desk was only staffed for a few hours during day time, and only the receptionist speaks English which makes communication difficult. I was not aware this was supposed to be a VIP access hotel and certainly didn’t receive any benefit from it other than the very reluctant “upgrade”. The hotel is on a shopping street and proximity to attractions is acceptable but not optimal. I do not recommend this place.

Super convenient for all tourist activities, nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and Spanish steps. Staff was nice and responsive, room clean. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is street noise with windows open.
