Excellent!
Absolutely wonderful customer service! The transportation to and from the airport was flawless! I was nervous traveling and they put me at ease. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back. Plus the location was easy to navigate the subway and walk around the neighborhood.

Number of items that needed maintenance, the worst being a dripping radiator that several times a day had us changing out the small plastic dish that was there to catch the leak. We were there to relax not waste time arguing with Expedia’s essentially unhelpful service department and the apartments management over how much we should be paying given the number of issues with the place. So not happy at all that we received nothing back from the apartment given the issues and little from Expedia support.

The place by itself was cozy and nice! The staff was super friendly, helpful and always attentive to my needs! I would recomend the room more for two adults, because for three can be a little bit small, but if you can handle it its a great option.

This hotel and the staff were awful, by far the worst part of our long 14 day trip in Europe. 1) No onsite parking. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised onsite parking. That is false, only parking available is paid public and private 3rd party parking. Neither was available near the hotel, deplete the promises of the check-in clerk. 2) Excessive and unacceptable noise level. Our room, called "Milano", was adjacent to their lobby. Where management allows people to party all night long. We asked for a room change, with an expectation that may not be possible, but they never even replied to our request. We barely got any sleep over 3 nights, with our daughter. 3) Ran out of hot water with 3 people every single day of our visit. Also ran out of toilet paper, and they literally made us beg for more. Never encountered that in hundreds of hotel stays. 4) They call themselves "eco' so they can cut corners. We were told to use the same towels for 3 days. Which cannot dry in 90% humidity. 5) Large step in middle of room. My daughter was injured going to the bathroom tripping over this OSHA hazard. Reporting it to local authorities. Not safe. 6) Management is aggressive, rude, and ambivalent. They ignored our room change request and then attempted to change our check out time when we complained about all of the above. I would never recommend to anyone. Dishonest and dysfunctional. We made a mistake with this booking.

Great location and staff. Hard to navigate the streets and parking, rooms were a bit tired and the shower very small, no place to put your items for the bathroom for more than one person. There was a nearby dog barking all night so couldn't have the windows open.

Nice and quiet neighboorhood. Great location, walkable to great sites. Great and friendly staff. We had artived from a late flight, and even though there was a miscommunication, they remained patient to try to help us out.

Despite advertisement be aware that they offer no parking for free. They packed it in fine print that I read through but was not on the English page and only in Italian. It is free city street parking and only if available. They don’t save you any spot or assist in providing you a parking spot. Otherwise, you will need to pay for a lot daily or find a pay spot on the street in a congested city. We would’ve booked closer to the city center now knowing we needed to pay for a lot. Additionally, the two bunk beds were not safe. They wobbled and we’re not structurally sound. We booked also because of this feature and instead the kids slept on the pull out that did not have sheets. We only realized later in the evening and no staff was present to get us sheets for the pull out. The blow dryer in the bathroom only worked on cool low. Finally, underneath the sink was leaking and it smelled of mildew and rust. I would not recommend this location to any family staying in Rome. In conclusion, 3 of the amenities we searched in booking were not as advertised. For the same price you can find somewhere much better that truly accommodates your family with the services claimed to be provided.

The hotel is maybe the worst hotel I‘ve been in my life very unfriendly stuff. Expedia tried to cancel for me, an Expedia lady even called, the hotel refunded not one of the 5 booked days. We never checked in, we could not stay there. I thought, they deduct a penalty, but they kept all of my money, payed for 5 days. Don’t make the same mistake.

Highly disappointed
I am disappointed with this property. I have booked Traditional Quadruple Room - Non Smoking, 1 queen and 2 single beds. I was given room that had one single and one double bed, overwhelming cigarette smoke smell. It smelled so bad that having undisturbed sleep was impossible. They have provided us with towels and toiletries just for two people, regardless of booking made for three adults. Two coffee cups instead of three and no tea spoon with it. Hotel staff did not offer to change the room or move us to a different location, we were forced to stay in this room stinking of cigarette smoke with less beds that we have paid for. The hotel staff are waiting till very last minute to inform you about late check-in fee of 10Euro per person if you check in after 7pm, if you arrive past 9pm the fee increases. They have sent me an email regarding this matter at 9:30pm the night before our departure, where I virtually had no chance to see this email and cancel my booking to find different accommodation. I find it manipulating and unfair. Let me add that I have emailed the property about week and a half before arrival advising that our plane lands at 6pm and that we will most likely arrive to the hotel past 7pm, this email was left without response and I was not informed about late check-in fee then.

Great location and friendly hosts
Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. A lot cheaper than anything else of the same standard and brilliant location. Only downside for us was the room didn’t look as nice as the one advertised online but the hosts were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

When we booked the property it says check-in time between 2pm till 7pm. Hotel called us to inform that its till 5pm, we have to rush. When we reached, i was informed one of our rooms AC is broken there is no other room available. It was very hot dau. We family of four end up in one room. Very disappointing. By the time we realized that we don't even have coffee maker in our room front desk person left for the day. Next morning i contacted front desk but no help was provided. Very disappointing.

We had booked so rooms and when we arrived the receptionist offered us up an apartment they had with three rooms, one bath and a small kitchen. We originally were thrilled to have the extra space but that was the end of the happiness with this place. We had only three towels for all of us so called the receptionist for more before we headed out for sightseeing. As we were out she called us telling us the the extra towels were I. The room and we could have found them as they were located under the bed which you have to lift to find. We thought this was very odd but fine. Next The water heater for the apartment broke before our first shower and our poor kids and I had freezing showers after coming back from our afternoon/evening of site seeing. We called the receptionist who they don’t keep at the hotel and she notified the owner who came over. Owner then Agreed to give us a key to an empty room he had so we could at least use that for showers, this shower had a bad drain so we got to stand in dirty water as we showered The next day he had maintenance come and try to fix the water heater but it didn’t work as only one warm shower was had before the water heater broke again. Unfortunately also during all of this the air conditioning we had on to keep the apartment cool and the fan we used to cool the down the one bedroom without an air conditioner was turned off by the owner when we’re out sightseeing as he didn’t think we should have it on while we were out. Don’t stay here

What you see is what you get! Good location
decent hotel room for staying in Rome. it was a good price, not to expensive, not too cheap, just right for what you got. bathroom and bedroom is provided in good condition, just what you need, not more, not less. Location is very good as it is close to the good parts of Rome and the subway is also close.

The receptionist was nice and friendly. The location is good because it was close to everything. My family and I got the deluxe apartment and it was not what we were expecting. The room was in a basement-like area and it smelled like mold in there. The bathroom door was broken and also the kitchen table. The boiler kept turning on/off so some of us had to take cold showers. I think the room could have been cleaned a little better before having guests stay in there.
