In summary, Finding the hotel - I walked from T3. At one point the signs to “Hotel” ended. I had to hope I was heading in the right direction. I did not feel safe as it was not well lit. This could be improved for everyone’s safety. Check in - too long and too complicated. I arrived late at night 10.30pm and there was a large queue. Maybe put on more staff to get people checked in quickly?? Managers should be looking at this and assisting staff in this. Room - lovely and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast - amazing choice. Friendly staff.

Great stay at the Hilton at the airport before my 22 hour flight back home to Australia . The staff were lovely ! The dinner of lasagne was amazing and the convenience of walking to Rome airport was awesome . A very comfortable bed too ! A good place to stop before flying home . I’m so glad I did, and feel very rested .

Facility is old and in urgent need of renovation. Strong cigarette smell in room and throughout the premises. Only plus side are the good breakfast buffet and the location right across the terminal. Time is ripe for a serious renovation.

This is a very old hotel . Needs a facelift . Mold on the ceilings in the hall way . It seems poorly lit also Door know came off in my hand to our room . We picked it for proximity to the airport for an early flight . I expect more From Hilton
