Good location, but very budget
The location is the main positive for this hotel, it was a short walk from Termini and we ended up walking to Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps and for food and drinks on the night.
The hotel itself was very awkward as you needed to buzzed in every time you wanted to be in but then go to the reception desk (which took us ages to find, it’s on the second floor btw) and get your key each time you came back then they would buzz you into your section where your room was.
The hotel reception on a night couldn’t speak English so check-in was quite confusing, and it appears they lock up reception and go to sleep at a certain time because when we came back from a night out early hours of the morning, the reception areas had the lights off and was locked, we had to wake up the receptionist and he seemed quite annoyed. I don’t many hotels with a curfew.
The rooms were okay, there was only 2 of us so the size was fine. They were clean & they gave you some toiletries but the beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were noisy as the toilet constantly ran quite loudly. Although my booking said it included breakfast, the receptionist never told us anything about this & because of the language barrier we ended up going out for it instead.
Overall it was a disappointing hotel but it’s budget so you get what you pay for. I would probably recommend paying a bit more for a hotel with better facilities.
