Safe and amazing as a woman travelling solo
Amazing location, only a couple of steps away from the coliseum, very centre. As a young woman travelling alone i felt safe at all times both in the hotel and in the area. Great little old school lift in the hotel aswell i loved that, great room, just overall an amazing experience will be staying there again if i return

We loved Lisa! She was so helpful & friendly. Nothing could be more charming than the tiny wooden elevator. Our room was great. The bathroom was the best design I've seen. Zero complaints! My only complaint about the room was the wifi dead-spot on the bed where the pillows are. In the common area, the hotpot was slow & cheap. Great place!

Hotel Paba is cozy, clean, and warm! The vibe makes you feel at home almost. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and informative. It is a short walking distance from the colosseum, which my wife and I enjoyed walking off all our pasta carbs with! The hotel is exactly what we needed since we were more focused on exploring Rome. It’s a great place to lay your head!

I highly recommend Hotel Paba. It’s in an excellent central location, 5 minute walk from the Colosseum. The property is a boutique hotel that is very clean and wonderfully quiet. Our room had a Queen bed and a twin rollaway bed, with a small attached room that had a twin bed and a private fully equipped bathroom. The front staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I communicated a few times before our party arrived and then again when we got to Rome, they were highly responsive and so friendly. They held our luggage for us. I would definitely stay again!

They have an elevator - so that’s a big plus in Italy! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location to restaurants and walking distance to the colosseum.

Great stay in Ancient Rome
The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, making suggestions for places to eat, offering us a free map to attractions, and giving a thorough tour of the room and features. The location is superb to Ancient Rome. The room had high ceilings and was surprisingly spacious. The only thing we would have liked is a mattress topper and softer pillows; the mattress was firm. Don’t miss the chance to use the charming old time elevator!
