Loved the area at night. Perfect place to stay. Easy to get to all of the sites. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was amazing. Only hiccup for us was checking out the elevator was being used by staff so we had to carry heavy luggage down two flights of stairs. But other than that it was excellent.

Very accommodating staff and super friendly. My stay was definitely super comfortable. The room was much larger comparing to other hotels. I was super pleased and had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Breakfast was very nice. The area is quiet. I have only good things to say. Definitely will stay there again.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel built in the 16th century. Very close to the Vatican and many other historical sites. Many dining options. The people at the front desk were very helpful for any thing we needed. Highly recommend this hotel!

What a gem!
This location is perfect for all of Rome's attractions. A few sort steps to the Vatican and St. Peter's Square with an amazing assortment of restaurants sure to exceed your expectations! Clean, quiet and amazing service to help you get the most out of your holiday. Elizabeth was exceptional at arrangements and was extremely helpful! As your day in Rome ends make sure you stop right next door for the best Gelato to take back to your room!

Six minute walk to Vatican and surrounding area. Staff was friendly and super accommodating whenever we needed something, a taxi, planning, etc. The area was safe for two females to stroll around alone at night. Charming, adorable area, restaurants were wonderful. Room was clean and well appointed. Miss Rome terribly, wish I was there now! Recommend this charming hotel highly.

Hotel 5 mins from Vatican. Good hotel but could Do with a bit of internal redecoration. Staff excellent, breakfast ok but not great. It’s the kind of place your local Priest would stay while in Rome to show parishioners he is not on a jolly!

Very conveniently located near the Vatican for the early morning tour we were doing. It was also a reasonable walk to the Trevi fountain area (but it wasn’t close). Hotel had air conditioning which was great for the warm weather. Many restaurants located right on the street outside the hotel. Check in was easy. Room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights.

A lovely old and serene Roman hotel
Sant'Anna is lovely. We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully presented 16th century hotel. Our room was even better than described online. It is very close to the Vatican and only a few minutes stroll from St Peter's. The hotel staff are all really professional and friendly. Marcello made us most welcome and took care of everything we asked about. We loved meeting Nina the dog who calmly dozes near reception and gracefully brings a cozy ambience to the hotel! One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in.

The customer service is exceptional. Marcello at the front desk helped us arrange for transportation going to the cruise port and back. Everyone was just so nice. The hotel is perfect if you want to stay near the Vatican and many great restaurants around. Thank you so much Marcelo for kindness.
