Will not stay again!
I would not stay here ever again! The room was filled with mosquitos. The AC was leaking causing huge puddles on the floor, in turn wetting my shoes. When I told reception they did nothing about it. There was a huge storm one of the nights and when I got back to the room the power was out. There was water leaking through the walls near the power box right outside my room which was very dangerous. The staff do not speak English and were not helpful.

This hotel is greatly located and allows you to walk to all major sites in Rome. Also has great views of city from patio, which causes to be a little noisy at night. Friendly front desk available at all hours. Room is okay if you won’t be in there all day as the air condition didn’t work very well. Highly recommend due to its very central location and would stay there again.

Location was good, just few steps off of a major street, with lots of shopping and access to public transportation. Many attractions were actually within walking distance. What was not so good was the check-out, which really left me with a sour taste. The staff i spoke with just wouldn’t get an invoice printed for me, pretending that i did not pay the city fee to him and there is no trace other than a “pagato” note on my check-in paper, where the staff who took the money few days back wrote it — well, at least it was that much! Will see if they double charge me, but i’ve never had an experience like this in many years of traveling. We kept arguing for 15 mins, and i left to catch my flight with no invoice. He kept asking me how the person who took my money looked like (there were actually 2 people present at that time), when was that, etc. When i told him to call that person, he said it’s too early, then he doesn’t know who that person is, etc. I told him it was the same person who checked me in a week ago. That was of no help, we just went in circles over and over again, same questions, same checking of records on a notebook, etc. Very, very disappointing, i really did not expect this.

Definitely not a 3 star Hotel as stated. Closer to 1 1/2 star or maybe 2 stars. Only one key card for the room you have to leave at the desk each time you go out. Not the friendliest staff, Holes on both sides of wooden door to the bathroom, Very odd toilet configuration with tank above head and piece of metal sticking out of wall. Very hard to keep bathroom floor from getting soaking wet after shower. Size of room and location wasn't bad, just quality and aged. Would not stay here again

Poor but good location
You cannot complain about its location. Close to the main train and bus terminal Close to the hop on hop off bus. The hotel itself is disappointing The Rooms are tiny the air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast was dull And lacked any form of protein! Like a lot of these hotels the lift was tiny One person bag. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Lounge but poor rooms
Great lounge and breakfast rooms but bedrooms rather small and walls could have been a lighter colour. TV's small and not great reception for English TV which only had news programs. Bathroom door had hole in it and did not shut properly. Bathroom was very cramped. Not much choice for breakfast unless you like cake. Staff were great.

Location was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but linens, although clean, smelled musty and bathroom was clean but in some disrepair--leaky toilet, missing shelf above sink. 4 floors, but elevator only went to 3rd floor. Although advertised as a 3-star, we thought it was closer to a 2-star. Breakfast buffet was weak. Not an awful experience, but somewhat disappointing.
