Amazing breakfast and they focus on the little things such as choice of pillow or mattress, free stocked minibar, sauna, toiletries, etc, You can get more fancy but it’s hard to get more comfortable.

I have stayed here twice before. The room we received was the smallest of my three visits and hard to accommodate three people. Also on our previous trips the staff was warm and welcoming. This trip they were polite but lacked a warmth. Perhaps it is because they are so busy. Breakfast was 12 euro but plentiful with many choices.

Clean, comfortable, with helpful staff.
Big rooms compared to others in the area. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very efficient. I made a mistake in booking an airport transfer too close to my flight, requested to make it earlier on the last minute (an hour and a half earlier than booked), and the front desk staff quickly revised the arrangement and had a driver and car ready within 10minutes of my request. Will stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

This basic but modern hotel is a traveler's dream! The breakfast buffet was the best of all the places we stayed in Italy! The location was perfect. The train station is walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is across from the Opera House in a safe area. We will stay again in the future!

The hotel is in a great location..15 minute walk to Colosseum, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is newer with an oblong shape..I was in an inside room overlooking an interior courtyard which was not a great view. Rooftop restaurant one floor above me was a bit noisy as was the courtyard but was quiet at a reasonable hour. Breakfast buffet was fantastic..highly recommend. Clean well appointed rooms with Temperpedic style mattress and pillows. Television was a bit difficult to find English speaking programs..staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I arrived early and didn’t realize they have a “shower to go area” where you can freshen up while waiting for room to be ready.
