Great base to come back and rest after walking all over Roma! We always ate at restaurants. Recommend Osterio del Sustegno for dinner (opens 7:30pm). Family owned restaurant — amazing food!

Ideal Apartment is Better Than Ideal!
This property exceeded our expectations in many ways. We have been to Rome many times and this apartment was better than any hotel or apartment we've rented in the past. The location is perfect with easy walking access to many of Rome's landmarks, attractions, and restaurants. The host and property managers were very communicative before, during, and after our stay, and answered any questions we had quickly. We were a party of four adults, but this would truly be a great option for a family of parents with children. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome!

Location was perfect! They were extremely accommodating to let me drop off my luggage ahead of my check in time. They also helped coordinate car service to the airport early morning. The apartment was very clean and provided enough towels and toiletteries for the stay. I loved having a washing machine and to be able to dry my clothes outside. Win for us! Communication was so seamless. Thank you!

So many landmarks were just a 10 minute walk. Felt we truly got to live as a local for our stay. We had 2 kids 9 and 6 along with their grandparents and it was a perfect place for 3 generations to experience Rome.

A week in Rome
Excellent location, just to the north of the center of the city, only a few minute walk from the Pantheon. The apartment itself is very nice, has all of the things you need for a short or extended stay. The rental company was extremely helpful in setting up our stay, even helped arrange transportation to/from the airport. Only downside is that you are on a fairly busy street, so there is vehicle noise and the occasional sound of voices. City dwellers will call it ambiance, if you live in the country, it might bother you, but if you want to be close to the action, this is what it sounds like. Check in and out was very smooth, clearly a well oiled machine with the rental company. Very close to all sorts of restaurants and sites. We rarely needed a taxi, just headed out and explored. Great place for my family.

Wonderful stay at this cute apartment! Clean, great location. Super and timely communication with the hosts, who arranged a dependable ride to and from the airport for us. Marco was very helpful at check in and everything went smoothly and easily. There was, as others have mentioned, considerable street noise in the early morning hours outside the front bedroom window so perhaps ear plugs are a good suggestion if that might be an issue for you. We were so tired from our long city walks that it wasn’t really a problem for us. We would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay there again on future visits to Rome. Grazie!

Great stay!
Our stay was wonderful! The check in process was very easy with good communication prior to ensure we were able to find the location. They provided some good recommendations of things to do and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also close to everything we planned to do in Rome. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely do so again the next time we're in Rome!

Perfect!
Everything about this apartment was perfect. Well laid out, well maintained, spotlessly clean, excellent location. Our contact Stefano was exemplary. Not only was he a wealth of information, the check in was quick and efficient. We had a mishap with one of the sets of keys and he was quick to return and help us out. I cannot say enough nice things about Stefano and the apartment overall. I wish I was still there!

In such a great area — that allowed us to walk to many nearby spots, but also easy for taxi’s to pick us up. The unit is exactly as advertised and felt secure and comfortable. Highly recommend this rental!
