We had a great stay and loved the balcony room view. Everything went pretty smoothly with access to the building and room. We had an issue with our scheduled pickup from cruise port being an hour late. While this is not directly the hotel’s issue, they did coordinate the car service for us. Additionally, since it is not a traditionally staffed hotel, we did have trouble getting clean towels in the evening when staff are no longer on site. Not huge issues, and we did enjoy our stay, just something to consider.

Good location
Great hotel at the top of the Spanish steps. Good size room with a good shower. Handy to restaurants and bars. Could do with a wee paint inside but is all good. Great staff and easy check in. Our room was quite noisy as there was 2 restaurants underneath our window. Quite a bit of street noise but otherwise great place

Gorgeous room, amazing views, and wonderful hotel
The room was gorgeous and well appointed.It had everything we needed for our stay. Just steps away from Spanish Steps. Check in was easy. There were also a couple little restaurants downstairs that had lovely views for dinner or even just a night cap. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot at the top of the Spanish Steps
A very nice hotel just at the top of the Spanish Steps. Easy to get to by taxi. We used the car service offered by the hotel, very easy, highly recommend! Alessandro was very communicative and helpful!

Beatrice was excellent - she greeted us and explained how building worked. Replenishing room each day and making sure all needs were met. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Balcony a bonus - live performers outside each night we could enjoy. Noisy in morning as adjacent buildings had garbage trucks emptying bins but otherwise excellent location. Noise helped me wake up and get ready to explore

We stayed at a few different hotels while in Italy and this one was our best choice. Hotel felt very safe and clean. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. I have nothing to complain about honestly. A two thumbs up and thank you for taking care of us while we stayed.
