As there is not a manned desk, it is difficult to drop off luggage early or leave luggage. The shower was very small. They tried to provide a decent breakfast but all the bread and pastries were packaged and the taste of some was just artificial and full of preservatives.

This was the best find in Rome. With all the essentials of a comfortable stay in an art deco apartment - the cleaners were so lovely and the lady who I believe to be the owners or manager was extremely helpful and gave great tips for the area. I would definitely be returning here!

Nice clean hotel with great service. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Room is on the 2nd floor so cars on the street can be loud at night. AC is not great and cleaning staff turns it off when they clean. Fridge is not cold either. Overall good experience!

The property was very clean, breakfast was good, nicely decorated room, walkable distance from St. Giovanni's underground, bus stops and the Coloseum. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about good spots to eat. The one thing that needed improvement for us was how noisy the room was at night. Italians love to honk their horn at any time of the day and the window of the Silvi room overlooks the main road. I'd highly recommend to bring some earplugs. Other than that, our stay was great.

Good and secure.
Had a good stay here. It was well equipped and secure. Checkin was a little confusing but overall it was fine. A man came in to clean one day when I was inside the room which was odd. Otherwise everything else was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Francesca and team couldn’t do enough for us and were so lovely and helpful. Very responsive with any questions we had via text. We would definitely come back again. Partner was ill for a few days (therefore they couldn’t get in to clean room) and Francesca made sure we still had new towels, plates and breakfast/drinks.

La habitación es muy bonita, sin embargo la limpieza es un punto bastante débil; se ve que tiene meses que no limpian debajo de la cama; el calentador de agua para hacer café tenía agua sucia y el baño olía bastante mal. Respecto a la ubicación, está a 20 minutos de Termini, a 15 min caminando de una línea del metro, y a 3 minutos caminando de una parada de autobús.
