What can I say. A lovely few nights here. Food options here are a bit limited and my wife struggled but a small town 15 mins away by cab provided enough for her to eat. No bar at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, set in absolutely beautiful settings and a really relaxing stay

The resort and spa was exactly what my husband and I needed at the end of our Italy trip. The amenities and facilities were fantastic. The room was beautiful and the staff was incredible. Truly thankful for our stay here and the amazing hospitality.

The hotel came with a lot of rules, which were never told in advance. You have to pre make reservations for all dining and the food was small proportions and way overpriced. The gnocchi was truly inedible. I will say that the massage was by far the best I have ever had, which saved the experience. The random couples making out everywhere got to be a bit much, especially with kids wandering around.

This is a beautiful, tranquil, elegant, spa hotel built around an old Italian estate and grounds. The bathrooms are gorgeous marble, the beds are comfortable, and the staff, multilingual and friendly, is eager to help at all times. The spa itself has many different pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, and relaxing rooms, plus spa services. The gym is very limited, with only three pieces of aerobic equipment, but there is a universal gym and variety of handheld weights and a large area to stretch. We didn’t have dinner there, but the breakfast and lunch were wonderful - buffet style events that were generous enough that we really didn’t need to eat dinner as well. We took advantage of the late afternoon aperitivo which offered small snacks and Prosecco and beer. The place is very geared towards young couples, who come for the day, so just know if you go there that the morning hours will be calmer than after it fills up with locals. Lots of PDA in the pools! Overall, it was a very tranquil and enjoyable 24 hours, just minutes from the Fiumicino airport. There is a shuttle which I would recommend at seven euros to and from the airport.

We arrived earlier than check in and our room was ready but we received an upgrade to a bigger room which was incredible. The staff was super helpful in all areas of the resort. We had lunch,dinner,breakfast and all were delicious. The pools and spa inside amd out were mind blowing. Highly suggest if your flying out of Rome(FCO) for a nite or too to relax.

Really enjoyed all the different pools, spas and facilities that were available. The grounds were beautiful. The lunch buffet had something for everyone and the quality of the food was excellent. The ability to put on a robe and walk through and use all of the facilities was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Rome.

We stayed here on our final night after a cruise. Customer service from the reception desk was unaccommodating. We arrived at 9:30am knowing our rooms wouldn’t be ready but planned to relax at the pool. They offered to check our luggage but would not let us use any amenities on the property until check-in time of 3pm. We were also told there was no availability for our party for dinner at the on-site restaurant that evening. Upon further communication we were given a 7pm reservation but they requested that we choose between 2 different meals rather than the entire menu. Very bizarre for a full hotel restaurant. Once we did check-in at 3pm we headed out to the pool only to be confronted by hotel management because one person in our group brought a backpack out to the pool area and sneakers. Overall we felt very unwelcome and despite the beauty of the property we would not recommend.

Very poor customer service. The locker room attendant was very rude. The front desk cancelled my reservation forcing us to scramble to rebook. I’ve stayed at this property several times now. For the price they need to improve customer service overall. Servizio clienti molto scadente. L'addetto allo spogliatoio è stato molto scortese. La reception ha cancellato la mia prenotazione costringendoci a affrettarci per riprenotare. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura diverse volte ormai. Per il prezzo hanno bisogno di migliorare il servizio clienti complessivo.
