This was a great property. Luca the host is amazing and the best host I have ever had. He is hellpful, organized, and just a very personable person. A friend for life. The room was great. Clean, organized, comfortable bed (California king). The area is great, close to everything, great dining, shopping, walkable safe area. We will stay there again.

I booked this place as a surprise for my parents and they loved it. The owner contacted me as soon as I said I wanted few extra bits to celebrate my mum’s bday and was very accommodating and helpful. Really incredible stay. Seriously wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Host is incredible, staff was amazing, location was quiet and nice, plus only a 20 minute walk from big sites. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. My wife and I stayed here and instantly fell in love. Thank you Luca and Armony suites staff truly a great experience. Lovely welcome from Luca & his wife, room/bathroom and entrance way to rooms very clean. Room was perfect for what we were seeking. Location was perfect for metro, bus from airport and just generally getting around. Could not fault at all....and again great hosts thank you both.

The owner Luca will make your stay the most memorable with all his recommendations. He will give you a phone with an app collect Manet on it which had all the google maps to everywhere. Free phone calls and you can hotspot to your phone from it. He will help with your itinerary and recommend great eatieries around the area. The area is near the Vatican and a 15-20 walk to everywhere else. Would always choose to stay here from now on. I had a lovely upgraded room, thrrr is a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

Everything was in walking distance, Luca was very helpful and guided us throughout our stay. he even gave us a mobile phone with free internet access and hot spot so we can use whilst we were out and about.

Armony Suites was a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location, just a 20 min walk away from all of the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are big and comfortable. The best thing about this guest house however is Luca the host. He is brilliant! He showed us were we had to go for all our tours and also provided a local phone with internet and maps on it. In the evenings he asked us what we would like for dinner and recommended some amazing restaurants away from all the usual tourist traps. We can not recommend staying here enough!

The owner, Luca, is absolutely amazing!! He couldn’t be more helpful or wonderful! If it wasn’t for Luca we wouldn’t have had such a great trip to Rome. He told us all of the best place to go and the most incredible places to eat. The hotel room was just right. It was clean and close to everything. We walked everywhere. When I return to Rome the Armony Suites will be the only place I will stay!!
