We liked the location the most. It is right near the heart of central Rome. For example, the Coliseum is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Lots of places to eat and grab souvenirs or drinks, etc..the room was nice as well. The rooftop has a great view. But the small basic Italian breakfast is a huge ripoff at 25 euros each. So I paid 50 euros for a scoop of scrambled eggs, a croissant, a few small pieces of fruit and a juice and coffee for my daughter and I. Of course they are completely taking advantage of you here. The room was pretty overpriced at something like 330 euros as well, without a balcony or a view other than a large window that showed you the back of a direlect building and large rusty AC unit. We found a lot more for less at other hotels in both Rome and Naples.

Lovely Hotel for our great Rome trip
Very welcoming staff on the reception and the location was perfect for us, short walk to Rome termini and to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and many other areas we wanted to see. We booked room only so can’t comment on the breakfast or dinner offer here and if there was any negative comment, 25 euros pp for breakfast was a reason we went out for this.

Staff was friendly. Less than 10mins walk to the Coloseum, and the Train station ( Termini). The hop on hop off sightseeing bus drops right across the street from it (Santa Maria Majorie stop) and the roof top restaurant (Masa) is a hit!

Great staff and good location. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The main drawback was the noise levels from the rooftop bar upstairs as we were in the floor below this (imagine the sound of furniture being moved around all day until after midnight when it closes. Our room was also next to a staff area which was well used starting from 6am… we found sleeping rather difficult so try and aim for a room not on the fourth floor).

We stayed for one night. Comfy beds (I’m used to Scandinavian standard which is more towards soft mattress). Our room was towards the basilica and the road with a fair amount of traffic. I’m a bit sensitive to noises but it was good sound isolation and the traffic did not bother at all. Very nice staff and the breakfast on the rooftop was great! The view was very (!) nice and the breakfast contained what we needed (yoghurt, bread, fruit, croissants and very nice coffee of course).
