Hotel is in a great location close to Termini station and well maintained. Staff were friendly and responsive. Overall enjoyed the stay.

We arrived early (around 9:30am) at the hotel way before check-in, hoping to deposit our luggage but instead, the nice gentleman working the front desk said he can check if he can already put us in an available room and he did. It definitely made our day and the start of our trip in Rome a memorable one. The rest of the staff were wonderful - all very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was a plus, too. The hotel was walking distance (about 13-25 minute walk) to most of the historical attractions. Lots of dining options around, too. Overall, a great stay. Will stay there again on our next visit.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the gentlemen behind the desk at checkin, the nice young man from The Gambia helping at breakfast and the recommendation for dinner. The breakfast was excellent and fresh.

Breakfast and location near train termini were good. There is one block between train termini and hotel that was shady with trash containers and homeless people.

The Republic Hotel is very near the main train station called Roma Termini station. It was a short walk to and from the hotel to the terminal. You can walk to nearby churches and shops there in Rome.
