Excellent hotel. Very courteous and professional staff at the reception. They even got us a taxi service to the airport for a fixed rate. The only thing was that our room was the very last one in the back of the building so the wifi signal did not reach. Otherwise everything the way it should and would stay again. Very close to subway station and walking distance to both Termini and Colloseum. Restaurants in the are are great too!

The hotel is in an excellent location with access to many notable places of interest. When we check in, our room was not cleaned well and the director went out of her way to rectify the situation and was very helpful. The property is very clean overall but in need of updating and refreshing.

Location is very convenient to the train station. Room was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 twin size beds for our 3 kids. Mattress was thin, could feel the springs underneath. The room did the job for us as we were only staying one night.

You pay for what you get. Lovely Italian city hotel. Run down , but it makes it unique. Budget hotel if you just need a place to sleep. However, paying a low price does not meen the place needs to be dirty. Small sacrifice for the price. However, the staff is not very helpful. Especially the woman at breakfast. She was SUPER rude. Shouted at me for placing a dirty mug on the right spot. Saw her shouting at other guests as well. Rude, rude and again rude. However, location is perfect, lots of good restaurants in the area, easy walking to all major attractions. I would stay here again if the staff was more friendly and helpful.

Area and price were worth it. A little out of the way of the super busy areas which felt nice because a little more safe but also still really convenient area - 20 min walk to trevi fountain, 15 min to colosseum. 10 min walk from Trenitalia. good local restaurants nearby. affordable. nice outside sitting area from room but hotel a bit dated. Clean but not spotless

The beds were twin and attached which caused back pain. It should have been a double bed. The bathroom was very narrow a single person could not have shower as you could not bend at all to clean the foot. The wash basin was chock and the water was coming on the floor. It was not worth for the price paid. I think that room was worth for a single person.

Would not stay here again. Rude front desk people, EXTREMELY uncomfortable blankets and pillows, little to no water coming out of sink (front desk said it was “normal”. Sound travels through the walls easily, and area outside is loud at night.

This hotel is very dated in every possible way. Not sure how they maintain a 3 star rating. Has not been updated and you can see worn out and stained carpets everywhere. Found a clump of hair in the room. Makes you wonder what else has not been cleaned. Had a refrigerator in the room, which you don't find in every Italian hotel and wifi was fast which was a welcome feature. Close to amenities and attractions.

This hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops. It was also within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The staff were very professional and gave great restaurant recommendations. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is not that "nice", very outdated but great for us! Very close to everything in Rome, had several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast was OK but served its purpose! Staff was very nice and acomodating for us traveling with a 2 yo, we had a confortable crib for him and a mini bar in the room that helped a lot with babys food! would recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Perfect spot to stay, centrally located very walkable for all the sites in Rome. Front desk staff completely charming. The bar was not open which was a bummer, but the breakfast, staff, location, made up for it.
