The property was ideal. The bed was comfortable and room facilities great. The air con was superb and a must in 38 degree temperatures. The staff I cannot fault. They were very helpful, friendly and went that extra mile by giving us a surprise bottle of wine having found out it was our wedding anniversary I highly recommend the property and would use again.

Clean & comfortable!
James was very pleasant when checking in. Our room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary wine was a very nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to the room each morning too. Location is convenient for walking and the subway wasn’t far either. We would stay here again.

We stayed in room 2 and it was beautiful. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, refrigerator (cold for Italian standards) and it was in a great location. We were able to walk to Vatican City, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere. Breakfast in the room was a nice addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location was the main draw. Within a 1.5 miles we saw all of the sites, Vatican, Forum, Colosseum, Panteon. There were no end of great places to eat. Lots of stores from kwike-marts to Prada.

Ideal location
My wife and I stayed here for rugby match. Great location, only 15 mins walk to Piazza Navona and 45 mins to Colosseum (we like to walk but metro available). Room is on 3rd floor, accessed via lift or stairs. Room and bathroom was comfortable, but one minor criticism is the mattress could do with being replaced. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, arranged airport transfers.

It was a comfortable room, clean. Toilet seat was not fitted properly. We had a delayed check in time due to train strikes and having to drive into Rome all the way from Bologna. Was asked for a late check in fee which was unnerving. I explained the situation and it was waived. The next morning, breakfast was served in room prompt but was told to check out at 11 sharp which again, was unnerving. Felt very rushed and not comfortable. Room was nicely decorated and spacious but likely won't return.

Great little Accommodation in a perfect location
Great find on Hotels.com! Looks a bit odd as the rooms are on the 3rd floor of a building with offices underneath, however they are perfect for visiting Rome. Friendly staff giving helpful tips. 15 minute walk to Vatican, Trevi, Pantheon and loads of restaurants and bars a 2 minute walk away! Must go to Cafe Portofino, that was excellent for breakfast & lunch!
