VRBO ROME
Large clean apartment with a washer. Building had an elevator which is very handy. Location was very walkable. Only issue is the wi fi was iffy, most of the time no connection. Monica responded to all communication.

Great location
Location was great, walking distance to a lot of places, shopping. Quiet area. Beds comfortable. Wifi was our only complaint- very spotty. Monica was very accommodating as she got us a cab to the apartment and one to the airport as we have 6 people travelling together. She explained everything and gave us recommendations for meals. Would recommend. Thank you!!!

Rome with a family of 5
This apartment was a good resting spot for our family of 5. Two bedrooms are connected and this worked well for our 3 kids. Our daughter slept in the first room and the boys walked through her room to get to the back bedroom. The area is very quiet and has two very nice restaurants (San Marco for Italian fare and La Mille et una Notte for Lebanese food). It has an elevator which was nice for getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. You have to taxi to all of the sites in Rome unless you are up for a 20+ minute walk.

Perfect apartment within walking distance to most everything in Rome!
What a great experience staying at Monica’s apartment. We were able to walk not only the Forum, coliseum, Vatican City, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain - but also to the beautiful park just up the street! Well worth the walks. And many restaurants and gelato stores near by too. Very easy stay and a great experience! Thank you Monica

We had to pay an additional 100 Euro’s in cash when we arrived. This was not stated prior to the stay. There was a broken toilet seat. It was listed that there was a washer and dryer but we were not able to use it. We followed all the rules but were not able to find the outdoor garbage bin.

We had a great time in Monica’s place. Great location. Very nice place. Perfect for my husband and me and to adult children. Monica was so helpful and even hired a driver for us and rescheduled for me when our flight was delayed a day. Place is actually like the photos.

The location was great! The apartment decor was nice but not great for a family of 6 adults. The second bath w/shower is not readily available to 3rd bedroom. The extra sofa bed was not made up and had to request linen. Need mirrors in bedrooms. Rather than using an available wall for a nice storage cabinet, dishes are stored HIGH above sink(step stool needed) and pans are stored in the oven. Owner worried about glass table tops & washer -might as well not count on washer for laundry. Checkin very difficult if you are not all able to arrive and check in at the same time. We were driving in-no room to park and difficult to even drop off luggage. Owner reads and writes English well but speaks minimal English. Advise to set specific time to meet for checkin. Very good restaurants in area. Easy walk to Pantheon, Trevi, shopping, etc.

Perfect location
I wasn't sure what to expect, as we'd never been to Rome before, but everything was just perfect for us. My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law. We were just coming from a transatlantic cruise, 16 days on a cruise ship. I had asked Monica to help me with transportation from the cruise port to the apartment and also from the apartment to the airport. She informed me clearly what I would need to pay for each service so I would be prepared. Our driver contacted us the day before we disembarked and let us know how to connect with him once we were off the ship. Everything went so smoothly!! We were very early for check in but Monica was there to meet us when we arrived. She helped us with our bags, there's a small elevator, which was much appreciated, and showed us all around the apartment, she doesn't speak fluently in English but enough to understand all that she wanted us to know. There are many notes to inform you of the rules, how to use things around the apartment, which were very helpful. Everything we needed was available. There is a market only 1 block away and several restaurants and sandwich shops within a few blocks. We walked to all the monuments and also rode the electric scooter, which with a phone app, are all over and easy to use. Overall, we are very grateful for the perfect apartment for us. 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one even has a soaking tub, a small kitchen with everything you may need, a living room, and televisions.

Rome in the Spring!
We had an amazing time on an eight day spring break vacation with our two teenage kids, and Monica could not have been a better hostess. We arrived later than expected yet she still managed to meet us at the apartment and welcome us, and show us where everything was. Throughout our visit I was able to contact her whenever I had a question or needed help with anything, and she always responded immediately. Plus she is extremely kind and warm and that just added to the appeal of Rome in general. Trust me this is a beautiful apartment with three spacious bedrooms. You will not regret booking with Monica. Also, the Spanish steps are just 10 minutes away and it was so much fun to go there every night after our day and just eat gelato and watch all the people.

Loved the apartment; it was easily walkable to Span. Steps, Trevi, Pantheon, Novona, and others. Monica was very helpful with check-in and check-out. Very clean, spacious, and was exactly as advertised. Opening the front door of the building, with the key, is quite difficult. Other than that, it’s great.
