Less than 100m from the house begins a very large forest of cork oaks (Massif des Maures) with the possibility of hiking, jogging or mountain biking for kilometers without encountering any road or dwelling; family or sports course of your choice.

The Azur Bike Park was inaugurated at the end of 2016. It is a natural area for downhill mountain biking for all levels (blue, red, black and initiation trail; more than 200m of vertical drop), with views of the Mediterranean. Access is free.

The Golf de Roquebrunes is a 5 'drive from the house, in summer, without any traffic jams. The Gold of Ste Maxime is 10km away.

Surroundings nice but property not OK, smelled terribly
The surroundings were really nice and so was the pool, but the property was not ok. There was an really awful smell in the appartment below (for 4 Personen). All our things were stinking longtime after our trip even after washing. There was no chance to ventilate the bad air (was it mould?) because the doors went only to one cardinal point and on the other 3 sides there was no window and no door. And the bike had no air in the tyres so we couln't use it.

Petite maison aux Issambres
La maison n’est pas très grande mais nous le savions heureusement que le temps était beau (on a quand même réussi à ajouter un matelas gonflable!), et puis tout l’équipement nécessaire y est présent. La résidence est top pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. La vue est magnifique, l’atmosphère est calme et on pouvait manger dehors! La voiture reste cependant obligatoire pour bouger ne serait-ce qu’un peu… Bref, un bon séjour à 8 dans une maison étroite, c’était nouveau pour nous. Merci pour l’accueil !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit et les infrastructures du lieu. Le sous-sol pourrait être amélioré (humide et chaud). La maison est proposée pour huit personnes, mais les deux "chambres" du bas ne sont pas très adaptées. Il manque aussi une climatisation en cas de grosse chaleur. Un petit plus serait d'avoir des chaises longues en bonne état. Il serait pertinent de remettre à jour l'inventaire de logement.

Un désastre
Malgré une excellente communication avec le propriétaire et un domaine très joli, nous avons été extrêmement déçu de la maison que nous avons loué. La maison était sale et insalubre. Les chambres étaient ouvertes sur les pièces, il n’y avait donc pas de porte donc pas d’intimité. De plus, une des chambres n’avait aucune fenêtre, c’était oppressant. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité dans les pièces du bas. En clair, la maison ne reflétait pas les photos ni les descriptifs du propriétaire. De plus, nous avions mentionné la présence d’un enfant de 2 ans, hors il n’y avait aucune protection dans les escaliers extrêmement pentus pour prévenir une chute. En conséquence nous avons dû quitter cette maison et en louer une autre en urgence correspondant à nos critères. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Ceci nous a occasionné un stresse supplémentaire puisque nous venions nous marier dans la région et nous n’avions pas besoin de cela avant notre grand jour et encore plus pour ma belle famille qui a fait le déplacement depuis très loin. Nous ne nous recommandons pas du tout cette maison pour une famille qui souhaiterait séjourner aux Issambres.

Séjour très agréable
Propriété très calme avec vue mer, très bien située dans les hauteurs des Issambres. Logement bien agencé où il ne manque rien. Mais le logement du bas ( sous-sol aménagé ) est très humide et une mauvaise odeur était présente à notre arrivée. IL est nécessaire de bien aérer afin que cette odeur s'atténue. Le mobilier de la terrasse de devant était très endommagé à notre arrivée ( assise de chaise percée et table instable, nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de cette terrasse ). La terrasse arrière est par contre bien ombragée avec du mobilier de meilleure qualité, nous avons donc pris tous nos repas à cet endroit. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour car les équipements du domaine ( piscine, terrains de tennis, pétanque, volley, ping-pong ) nous ont permis d'être bien occupés. Les plages sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire est très réactif et les échanges ont été très bons au cours du séjour. Notre famille a globalement passé un très bon séjour.

Localisation ideale dans une résidence de vacances idyllique
Excellente communication avec Didier, le propriétaire de la maison. Idéalement située dans le domaine, l'appartement est très calme, avec accès quasi-direct a la piscine - immense, magnifique, eau a 29 degres, vue panoramique sur la baie. Double exposition Nord-Sud avec vue imprenable sur la mer, 2 terrasses, nous avons largement profite des extérieurs. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La partie basse est très simple, mais offre l'immense avantage de pouvoir héberger 6 personnes sans aucun problème, ce qui est très rare dans le Domaine des Hauts des Issambres ! Excellent séjour, a refaire au plus vite.

Kleine ruimten
Helaas kleine living itt wat men zou verwachten voor een verblijfsruimte voor 8 personen. Zeer kleine aanleunkeuken. 2 slaapkamers beneden enkel langs straat bereikbaar. Aldaar weinig verluchting en schimmelgeur door wasmachine vermoedelijk. Weinig verluchting met 1 klein raampje voor 2 kamers. Boven de living een mezazzine met twee 2persoonsbedden. Eentje is dringend aan vervanging toe en zakt geregeld door. Heb er nieuwe schroeven moeten inplaatsen. Echter de omgeving is geweldig . Mooi zwembad met groots uitzicht op de kust. Dicht bij st maxime en st tropez. Prachtige stranden en heerlijk gegeten in stran dpalviljoentjes. Al bij al nog geslaagde vakantie dus. Alleen vraag ik me af of we voor dezelfde prijs een betere overnachting hadden kunnen krijgen in deze toch dure omgeving. Wij waren met 5 uit een gezin maar ik ben er van overtuigd dat meerdere families samen in deze 'centerparcsblokhut' al snel tot onderlinge onrust zou leiden. En dat wil je vermijden als je op vakantie gaat.

Idylisches Ferienhaus für Familien
Wie können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig am Rande eines Weinfeldes und eines kleinen Örtchens gelegen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und typisch für die Provance. Im nahegelegenen Ortszentrum gibt es eine Bäckerei, Apotheke und auch ein nettes Restaurant und auch der Pizzawagen kommt zwei mal die Woche vorbei. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen, auch mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten. Auch viele Ausflugsziele wie Avignon, Orange etc. sind gut zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und super ausgestattet mit zwei Bädern, wobei eines klein ist,und einem getrennten WC. Alle Schlafzimmer und die Wohnküche sind klimatisiert. Es gibt zwei superschön eingerichtete und große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit 6 Betten. Desweiteren auch noch zwei Schlafcouchen im Erdgeschoss. Durch den Wintergarten ist es sehr hell im Ergeschoss. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch in der Wohnküche und auch auf der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terrasse. Desweiteren auch eine Lounge zum abendlichen Verweilen. Auch der Pool ist sehr groß und mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt neben an, sind aber viel beruflich unterwegs. Frau Postel und Ihre Familie sind sehr nett, herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung haben wir selbstgebackenes Brot und Marmelade bekommen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Udany urlop z rodziną
Miejsce super. Domek szeregowy w kompleksie gdzie dostępny jest duży piękny basen, korty tenisowe, boisko do kosza i wiele innych zabaw. Blisko morza i fajnej plaży. Byliśmy rodziną z trójką dzieci. Wszyscy jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Maison très bien située, mais quelques désagréments.
Globalement, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances pendant 15 jours. Nous y étions pour faire du VTT mais malheureusement la première semaine était très venteuse et parfois très pluvieuse, nous obligeant à partir au nord de Nice pour trouver un temps plus calme. La deuxième semaine était plus belle, nous avons fait de belles sorties VTT (merci au propriétaire pour nous avoir donné les parcours dans le coin), une sortie en bateau au départ de Ste Maxime pendant 2 heures, vu des dauphins tout près. Dans la maison nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de communication entre le rez de chaussé et le 1er étage, nous obligeant à sortir dehors pour nous y rendre. L'appartement du bas est assez humide, nous l'avons utilisé pour se servir de la machine à laver et pour entreposer nos VTT.. Nous avons dormi dans la mezzanine au dessus du 1er étage en empruntant un escalier assez raide . Sinon très bonne literie et grande armoire de rangement. La cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons apprécié le lave-vaisselle. Nous n'avons pas eu le loisir de profiter de la grande terrasse à l'arrière, vu le temps frais et venteux. Par contre celle de devant était agréable le matin, avec le soleil et la belle vue sur la mer.La piscine de la résidence , très jolie, n'est appréciable qu'en été car en avril-mai, l'eau est à 17°... Nous avons subi des Bips d'alerte venant des 2 alarmes incendie, avant qu'on retire les piles pour les changer... Autre désagrément, le bipeur d'ouverture de la grille de la résidence ne marchait que pour en sortir, il fallait taper le code pour y rentrer. La veille de notre départ le code avait changé, sans qu'on nous avertisse donc impossible de passer la grille dans les 2 sens. Heureusement que M. Jean C. qui gère les locations sur place nous a aidé. Il parait que dès qu'il y a du vent ou de la pluie, le système est déréglé... (!) Quand le vent a soufflé très fort, une tuile du toit est tombée juste devant l'entrée et une autre a menacé de tomber également, restée en équilibre jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour... Nous remercions M. Jean C. qui était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Le quartier était très calme car assez peu occupé à cette saison. Commerces et restaurants à moins de 4 km aux Issambres. En conclusion, bonne location mais plus agréable sans doute en été.

Séjour reposant et très agréable
La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée : tout est prévu en vaisselle et en équipements. Beaucoup de rangements et 2 terrasses très pratiques. Les ventilateurs au plafond sont forts agréables. Très proche de la très grande piscine commune mais jamais bondée ! (quelques marches à descendre). Maison idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants ou pour une famille avec des ados !
