Single storey Provencal villa with individual swimming pool in Roquefort les Pins, in a green and peaceful setting (no busy road, in an estate).
In the heart of the CĆ“te d'Azur, Roquefort les Pins allows you easy access to many tourist villages (Grasse and its perfumes, St Paul de Vence and its artists, Mougins, Cannes, Nice ...).
The villa is 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 10 minutes from the motorway.
Our villa is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes by car from the center and all the local shops (bakery, intermarket, restaurants, press, pharmacy ...), as well as two cinemas with a 3D room.
Every Wednesday, a Provencal market is held in the village center.
Comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms, plus sofa bed in the living room for 8 people (possibility of adding mattresses on request to the floor), with private pool with automatic cover.
Garden on 2400 m2 of enclosed land.
At the front of the villa, bedrooms and living room open widely onto the south sun terrace and the swimming pool.
A beautiful barbecue area with pizza oven welcomes you for your meals and moments of relaxation (wooden barbecue). Around the pool, deckchairs for your moments of relaxation and rest.
A ping-pong table, a large trampoline (5.20m), an adult swing set and apparatus are available.
The garden is fenced and closed with an electric gate. You can safely park your cars there.

Family holiday
Lovely holiday in a very quiet, peaceful location, easy driving to Valbonne, Mougin, St Paul de Venice, Antibes. The hosts were very welcoming. Property was as described and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and a saviour in the heat, although pool furniture could do with an upgrade. Would highly recommend if happy with a quieter location, but still with good access to the coast.

Lovely, large villa with big pool
Two grand-parents, two parents and two children (3 and 5) really enjoyed our stay in this large three bedroomed villa (all on one level). There was plenty of room for everyone with a very well equipped kitchen and spacious living areas inside and out. The 24 x 12 metre pool was the centre of attention. It was about a ten minute drive to the local shops, restaurants etc. A car is essential and there's good parking. Antibes and other resorts are fairly close an definitely worth visiting.
I hope we can come again.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay in cote dāazur villa , perfect for families and group of friends, the location is near the beach and main sight seeing.
The house was clean and had all commodities , indoor as well as outdoor, we enjoyed the summer nights there ! Many thanks for our hosts ,

Rien Ć dire sur le logement, hĆ“tes Ć l'Ć©coute et disponibles, situation idĆ©ale, Ć proximitĆ© immĆ©diate des principaux endroits Ć visiter (et Ć©galement de trĆØs bons conseils de la part de Christelle et Patrick concernant ces dits endroits Ć voir) tout en Ć©tant au calme... ET LA PISCINE !!! que dire ? immense, propre, systĆØme d'Ć©clairage, etc...
Nous y retournerions sans probleme.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sejour en famille chez Christelle et Patrick. La maison est parfaitement equipĆ©e et offre tout le confort attendu. Petits et grands ont beaucoup appreciĆ© les installations: une piscine tres spacieuse (oĆ¹ nous avons passĆ© l'essentiel du sejour), trampoline, table de ping pong, panier de baskets, balanƧoires, hamac... en temps de canicule, la clim dans toutes les pieces Ć©tait un plus non negligeable! SoirĆ©es barbecue avec de magnifiques Ć©clairages.
De beaux villages Ć visiter (Saint Paul de Vence, Villeneuve Loubet, Vieil Antibes...) et commerces Ć 5 minutes en voiture (boucheries, boulangerie, supermarchĆ©, primeur...).
Et enfin, un superbe accueil de Christelle et Patrick qui sont trĆØs Ć l'ecoute en plus d'etre sympathiques!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Kids had a great time in the pool, playing table tennis.
Lovely stay at this villa. Owners are lovely and friendly. Big pool. Great garden for our dog. It was fully fenced off. Definitely would return.

Lovely holiday
We spent a very relaxing week in Roquefort Les Pins. The house is well located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The pool is very big and the children enjoyed diving into it whilst we enjoyed lounging around it. There is also a great ping pong table and large trampoline.
We enjoyed doing barbecues in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioned house is very spacious and confortable.
We would happily come back to spend some quality family time.

Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueillis par les propriĆ©taires. La bouteille de vin au frais Ć©tait bienvenue aprĆØs une longue route !
Les extĆ©rieurs autour de la piscine et la piscine sont superbes, y compris avec les Ć©clairages de nuit et nous y avons passĆ© lāessentiel de notre temps. La table de ping-pong Ć©tait Ć©galement bienvenue pour sāamuser.
La maison est dans un environnement rƩsidentiel calme bien apprƩciable et des chemins de randonnƩe sont assez proches de la maison.
Vous passerez du bon temps dans cette maison oĆ¹ la climatisation permet de bien se reposer la nuit. Et la literie est top, ce qui nāest pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances !

Magnifique semaine au calme
Nous avons passĆ© une excellente semaine dans cette trĆØs belle propriĆ©tĆ©. Notre mot d'ordre Ć©tait "farniente" et profiter Ć fond de la trĆØs belle piscine. Notre petite famille a adorĆ© l'endroit ; notre fille s'est extasiĆ©e devant la piscine immense, et n'a que trop goĆ»tĆ© au plongeoir ; notre chien s'est dĆ©lectĆ© du grand terrain entiĆØrement clos ; et pour notre part, nous avons beaucoup aimĆ© et le frigo amĆ©ricain : eau fraĆ®che et glaƧons Ć volontĆ©. L'endroit parfait pour profiter de la rĆ©gion (proximitĆ© commerces, plage de Cagnes, Polygone Riviera, Valbonne, Vence, etc.), et se reposer.
Nous espĆ©rons revenir, car nous avons peut-ĆŖtre trouvĆ© notre petit coin de paradis, 1 semaine par an :-).

VACANCE RIQUEFORT LES PINS
Bonjour
Une belle semaine sans les Alpes maritime.
DiffĆ©rents points qui faudrait amĆ©liorer, la premiĆØre chose en arrivent le BBQ Ć©tait pas nettoyer, sans les chambres ke nettoyages sol et sous les lits n'Ć©taient pas au rendez-vous, les meuble de jardin auraient besoin d'ĆŖtre changĆ©, amateur de ping pong, une nouvelle table serait une bonne idĆ©e, la lumiĆØre de la piscine n'est pas au bon endroit.
Autrement la propriĆ©tĆ© trĆØs agrĆ©able terain clĆ“turĆ© pour les chiens super,pour les enfants trampoline jeux, et la cuisine trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e, pour notre part nous avons trouvez une piscine spacieuse 12x5. A 10 min de Villeneuve loubet et cagne sur mer, 20 min de st Paul de Vence et de Grasse.
Je finirais par les propriĆ©taires, estelle et Patrice sont super et trĆØs disponible.

Tres trĆØs bien accueillies par les propriĆ©taires...bien que trĆØs nombreux 9 personnes la maison et tous ses Ć©quipements ont rĆ©pondu Ć toutes les attentes de notre tribue.. la piscine a bien entendu remportĆ© tous les suffrages..trĆØs bien situee gĆ©ographiquement...et tout est Ć disposition..draps..serviettes..superbe villa et superbes vacances

Pour commencer , nous avons Ć©tait accueillit comme des rois malgrĆ© lāheure tardive auquel nous sommes arrivĆ©.
Ils ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer sur leur propriƩtƩ et ses alentours.
Monsieur et Madame Helbert sont des personnes dāune extrĆŖme gentillesse.
En ce qui concerne la maison , il y a vraiment tout Ć dispotion dans la maison que ce soit en Ć©quipement cuisine ( trĆØs belle cuisine dāailleurs ) ou en literie ( les lits sont confortable )
La vue de la terrasse du haut est impressionnante.
Et la piscine ? Que dire de la piscine mis Ć part que cāĆ©tait parfait.
Grande piscine avec profondeur , plongeoir. Elle nāest pas chauffĆ© mais cela nāest pas un soucie avec le soleil que nous avons eu toute la semaine. Au contraire. Ća rafraĆ®chit.
En ce qui concerne le cƓtƩ jardin , avec un grand barbecue , une grande terrasse pour manger et un petit coin au fond du jardin avec table et chaisses , parfait pour ce dƩtendre et prendre le petit dƩjeunƩ.

Fantastisk dejligt hus, udendĆørsareal og pool. God beliggenhed.
SuperskĆønt hus med et meget lƦkkert kĆøkken og med super udendĆørs faciliteter. Stor lƦkker pool, bordtennis og en skĆøn overdƦkket terasse med grill mm.
Huset ligger godt i forhold til Nice, Cannes, strand mm. Gode indkĆøbsfaciliteter i byen men selve byen er lidt kedelig da der ikke er en egentligt bykerne.
