Okay, but needs improvements
We’ve stayed here many times through the last few years to visit our daughter who was at college in Cleveland. It has slowly declined in cleanliness and upkeep. It has the opportunity to be better, but lots of areas need attention.

Nice place need a little help
Nice place, clean and staff friendly. Stayed 4 nights no maid service until last night and we had to assist on it had to ask for towels every day. Other than that I had a nice time. I plan to stay there again when I visit also fix the Ice machines please

One major complaint I have about this property is two of the three ice machines were broken on the hottest day of the year so far. So this morning when we checked out, there was absolutely no ice to be had by anyone and there are several people working construction on the highway, not good.

Great staff. Unfavorable guests
Check in was smooth and the front desk staff were very kind and respectful. The downside was there was an odor in the hallway of my rooms floor. And some guest were having a “pool party” despite the pool being closed. Luckily the party didn’t last long; because management shut it down

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be slightly improved by offering other breakfast meats. The pancake machine was not working the whole time.

The pancake machine has not worked in a long time according to staff at hotel. My room on 3rd floor was hot but the Front Desk Lady moved me to 2nd Floor- Thank You! I called Corporate in Atlanta and asked that they assist in getting the pancake machine working )this is essential on children type summer stays).
