Maria was un professional. I have pictures of the roaches in our room and dirty sheets. My daughter went to the hospital as well I have documentation. Sheā€™s allergic to mold, dust, and dogs. The room smelled like they arenā€™t properly drying the carpet after cleaning. The carpet was still wet when I entered the room which made my kids socks wet. Terrible experience at this particular location. It has the potential to be a 4 star hotel but unfortunately is poorly managed and deserves 0 stars.

The room had a musty smell. The carpet was dirty with clorox stains everywhere. The hall ways smelled horrible. Went to check on my inlaws on 2nd floor it smelled horrible. Would not stay again or recommend. Was not worth my $340 i payed.
