In a recent gated estate, beautiful corner apartment on the top floor without vis-a-vis.
This apartment offers panoramic terrace of 40 m2 (facing south) breathtaking 180 degree view: view of the canals, the town of Rosas, the protected Aiguamolls Nature Reserve, the sea and the Pyrenees.
It is an ideal vacation spot for a family or friends.
Quiet with easy access to all amenities.
Apartment for 6 people on 70 m2 area (outside terrace). Living room stay equipped with a tv flat screen with decoder TNT, 1 sofa reads. The living area is crossed by two windows directly overlooking the terrace.
The terrace has a lounge modern garden (table where you can dine without any problem 8), 2 sun
American kitchen with a bar (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 shower room with wc and 1 suite in the master bedroom opening onto the terrace (a bed of 150 and dressing).

South facing position and direct access to the apartment by elevator.

Comfortable stay at a lovely apartment
We stayed at this beautiful apartment for the second time for three weeks and were extremely satisfied with the facilities available. The lounge area is large and there is a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable although the shower in the en-suite bathroom was rather small for anyone larger than average although I understand there may well be plans in hand to address this area. The outside terrace is a huge wrap around area facing a sunny aspect and we spent many happy hours seated in this area admiring stunning views over both the town and the estuary. We would not hesitate to return to this apartment and can thoroughly recommend this property to any discerning couple/family seeking a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Large, well maintained, and clean property with a great balcony.
Communication was good, check in and out was very easy, we were met on time on arrival and departure dates. The apartment is in a modern style, it is tidy, clean and well equipped. Property is secure and car can be parked off road. The apartment is on the top floor and has a huge balcony with great views. We loved having breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony. Location is OK and, about 15 min walk to the beach and promenade. Small supermarket is 5 min walk.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem tollen Appartement mit einem super Balkon und traumhaftem Ausblick. Vielen Dank für die nette Betreuung. Es gibt keine Fahrräder vor Ort, diese müssen in der Stadt gemietet werden.

Séjour printanier et enchanteur à Roses
Appartement décoré avec goût, très agréable, très fonctionnel, idéalement localisé (au calme ; peu éloigné des plages, supermarchés, garage pour essence et réparations éventuelles !) vues extérieures ++, balcon spacieux +++ à double orientations. Localisation proche Figueres (cathédrale de l'eau château de San Ferran + et musée Dali), Cadaques (vues magnifiques autour de la baie, village très joli), réserve naturelle (randos bien balisées depuis Roses, agréables à cette saison), jolies criques à découvrir. Produits locaux très bons (marché couvert !) et gens du coin sympathiques, altruistes et francophones. Un accueil parfait (très pontuel, efficace, rapide et sympathique avec des indications données sur la région pour notre séjour) assuré par Georges. Caution en espèce rendue à la fin du séjour. Nos ados sont ravis de leur séjour et nous aussi.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Geschirr und Besteck im Überfluss. Der Ausblick von dem riesigen Balkon war traumhaft. Morgens der Sonnenaufgang auf der linken Seite und abends ein atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang auf der anderen Seite. Und das Phänomen war. es war immer anders, sah nie gleich aus.

El apartamento cubre las expectativas descritas en el anuncio. La decoración es agradable y el sitio tranquilo. El apartamento está bien cuidado y limpio. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de menaje de cocina y un número más que suficiente de juegos de platos, vados y cubiertos. Nous avons passé un séjour de 5 jours (à 4 personnes) très agréable.La mise en mains est bien faite,les explications sont claires.L'appartement est très bien situé en angle avec une vue formidable ,une grande terrasse et un logement spacieux,confortable.Tout a été pensé,il ne manque absolument rien:vaisselle complète ainsi que les équipements électroménagers,la literie est parfaite,tout est propre soigné et de bonne qualité.On est comme chez soi.pour notre réveillon nous avons pu faire une belle table en raison d'un assortiment de vaisselle important et de qualité,choix de verres et flutes etc.... Pas de bruit ni de jour ni de nuit.Le parking est un réel plus et est sécurisé.La situation permet des sorties pour visites comme pour les courses.Je recommande sans hésiter cette location,vous ne pouvez pas être déçu.Je suis prête à renouveler cette expérience.Merci de proposer un tel produit.

Un sans faute pour cet appartement magnifique
Une vue à 180 degrés sur les canaux et la mer Un balcon terrasse immense avec la possibilité de déjeuner d’un côté ou de l’autre selon le soleil ou le vent. Très bien équipé, climatisé, garage sous sol sécurisé. Situé à 15 à pied de Rosas et 6 mn a pied de sainte Margarida. Avantages: proximité du centre ville ’sans Les bruits de voitures et restaurants. Lidl a 5mn a pied. 1mn de plus pour le carrefour qui est en face. Nous avons passés deux semaines magnifiques. Merci à Claire pour son accueil. À faire : les criques de Cala Montjoi 👍😎

Trés bel appartement, idéalement placé, très bien équipé. Claire qui nous a accueilli a toujours été à notre écoute, ainsi que Mme SORGUES la propriétaire, qui ont fait le maximum pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Lieu de vacances de rêve, à conseiller, et à envisager pour de prochaines vacances en Espagne. Idéalement placé pour visiter cette belle région de catalogne.

Cet appartement nous a beaucoup plu tant par sa situation (le panorama depuis la terrasse est magnifique) que le confort intérieur (notamment la literie, ce qui est fort appréciable). Un appartement de toute beauté . Fonctionnel avec tout le confort attendu . Une vue panoramique sur les Pyrénées , les canaux.. Avec en plus de merveilleux coucher de soleil . Bien localisé pour les randonnées comme le GR 92 le sentier du littoral , le parc Natural dels Aiguamolisde l'Emporda , sans compter la visite du musée Dali à Figueras. Excellentes vacances... Un grand bol d'air !
Séjour parfait, vue splendide depuis l'appartement très bien exposé, bien au calme. Superbes balades (randonnées) et visites de Roses à Cadaquès, la côte est splendide. Il ne manque vraiment rien dans l'appartement, les contacts sont excellents : réactivité et disponibilité, tant à la réservation qu'à l'accueil. Tout est conforme à l'annonce, et la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Claire (et d'Isabelle à la réservation) nous mettent tout de suite à l'aise pour profiter de bons moments. La région est magnifique et l'endroit idéal pour en profiter en toute autonomie.
