La vue est magnifique c est vraiment la force de l appartement .Cependant la wifi ne fonctionnait quasiment pas .Et la chambre avec les lits superposés était trÚs petite avec une vu sur la cage d ascenseur chose qu on ne voyait pas sur la photo.

TrĂšs mal reçu par le mari de la gardienne, nous somment arrivĂ© aprĂšs 16 H et aprĂšs avoir fait 600 Km il ma demandĂ© de revenir aprĂšs 17h voyant que je n'Ă©tais pas content il a quand mĂȘme daignĂ© appeler sa femme sara qui elle au contraire de lui a Ă©tĂ© charmante. l'appartement ne ressemble pas aux photos mise sur Abritel, un coup de peinture sur les murs et les portes serai le bienvenu. Le mĂ©nage laisse vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer. point positif une vue Ă  couper le souffle.

SpektakulÀrer Ausblick

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht, obwohl wir mit den durchgelegenen Matratzen und der Tatsache, daß immer nur eine Person im Internet sein kann, nicht ganz so zufrieden waren. Aber mit allem Anderen, wie der Ausstattung der KĂŒche und gut funktionierende Duschen, waren wir insgesamt doch zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Wir haben den wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer genossen, zu jeder Tageszeit, bei unseren Mahlzeiten oder beim Chillen! Wir werden bestimmt irgendwann wiederkommen!

Wir waren im Juli 2020 fĂŒr zwei Wochen in Roses und wĂŒrden das Apartment jedem empfehlen. Es ist sehr gerĂ€umig und man kommt ĂŒber eine Treppe direkt zum Wasser mit Felsen.

Very relaxing holiday

Everything perfect. Large balcony with a great view. Nice, spacious apartment. Very friendly and helpful contact persons on site. We didn't cook, but appliances (except fridge) seemed new. We never used the pool, but it looked clean. Swimming in the sea is very nice just around the apartment (rocks, no beach) or at the sand beaches a little farther away. We had no car, everything is in walking distance (we dont mind to walk 20min) The only (small) negative: We lost Wifi connection every few minutes and had to login again.

Cuisine et 1 salle de douche rĂ©novĂ©es = 👍 La seconde sdb il n' y a pas de photos, on comprend pourquoi , la baignoire est tellement mate d'usure et pleine de traces noires incrustĂ©es depuis des annĂ©es que je n'y laverais pas mon chien đŸ˜± Sans oublier le frigo qui a des bacs Ă  lĂ©gumes fendus ainsi que l'absence du rangement bouteilles dans le bas de porte (pratique quand vous devez ranger des bouteilles ouvertes!) .....et ça ne date pas d'aujourd'hui !!! Nous avons vĂ©cu la "mort" du lave-linge dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e ;quasiment en piĂšces dĂ©tachĂ©es....remplacĂ© d'urgence grĂące Ă  l'efficacitĂ© de Fernand (le prĂ©posĂ© sur place ). Appartement vĂ©tuste Ă  souhait...les chĂąssis de fenĂȘtres (Ă  part ceux de la terrasse) sont en mĂ©tal complĂštement rouillĂ©s ! Sans parler des fauteuils dans lesquels on se casse le dos đŸ˜« Tout est Ă  refaire, il n' y a qu'Ă  comparer avec les autres appartements de l'immeuble et vous aurez compris ! Par contre pas moins cher que les superbes appartements du voisinage! Une honte de louer un bien dans cet Ă©tat Ă  un tel prix 😡 Une chance que la vue soit fabuleuse , ainsi que les promenades et la plage ... Un geste commercial de la propriĂ©taire serait le bienvenu, tout en sachant fort bien que ça ne risque pas d'arriver. Nous avons pu constater que seul le gain compte 🙄

Magnifique séjour dans un appartement tout confort

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs agrĂ©ables moments Ă  la dĂ©couverte de la Costa Brava, les rĂ©serves naturelles, les plages superbes.. Mais nous avons Ă©galement beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir nous reposer et prendre l'apĂ©ritif sur la terrasse de ce magnifique appartement orientĂ© plein sud, en admirant les bateaux de pĂȘche les voiliers les hirondelles... Une vue Ă©poustouflante

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine dans cet appartement trÚs pratique avec ses 2 grandes chambres et ses 2 salles de bains ! Les meubles sont un peu vieillots, c'est dommage ! Cuisine trÚs bien équipée. Un petit bémol pour le garage, de l'autre cÎté de la route et beaucoup de marches d'escalier à monter pour y parvenir et impossible d'y rentrer avec notre voiture, nous avons dû nous garer devant. Deux chaises longues auraient été les bienvenues pour profiter de la vue en attendant le repas. TrÚs bon contact avec la propriétaire et excellent accueil de Fernand et de son épouse qui nous ont aidé à décharger notre voiture et à tout monter à l'appartement. Appartement trÚs propre. Si nous devons revenir à Rosas, nous reprendrons cet appartement.
