Modern and bright apartment, located in a residential complex in the small town of Cologna Spiaggia of the municipality of Roseto degli Abruzzi (Teramo), just 300 meters from the fine sandy beach. The apartment is located near the nature reserve 'Riserva del Borsacchio', where you can enjoy walks in nature with beautiful panoramic views of the sea. The residential complex, built in 2012, is fenced and has a gate with remote control, as well as large common areas, green spaces and private parking. The village offers several beach resorts, bars, pizzerias, pubs and restaurants. From Cologna Spiaggia it is possible to reach several places of tourist interest in Abruzzo. These are the most popular attractions: the nature reserve of Lake Penne; the Gran Sasso National Park; Castelli, the city of ceramics; the Bourbon fortress in Civitella del Tronto; the Mediterranean Garden in Torre di Cerrano; the Costa dei Trabocchi and nearby Pescara with many shopping opportunities.
