Cascade Lodge is located at the base of Red Mountain, well-appointed condo’s with covered parking, sizeable ski lockers and a waxing room. Only a 5 minute walk to the lifts or ski run.
4B is a great condo for a relaxing dinner after the slopes or just staying in all day. As you enter, there is a sizeable entry with a closet for all your jackets and boots. The kitchen living and dining is all open concept with 16 foot ceilings, huge windows with views of Red Mountain as you relax by the gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking a dinner for 8.
One of the comfiest couches in our roster, you’ll be making that morning coffee last and taking in the views. 60 inch flat screen smart tv with cable and high speed wifi. 6 seater dining table that leads onto a patio.
3 piece bathroom and 2 bedrooms on this floor. Queen in the first, full over full bunk with a pull out single trundle bed in the 2nd and a laundry/utility room.
Upstairs in the loft you’ll find a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, walk in closet and a 4 piece bathroom with separate bath and shower. Newly painted and furnished with new beds, linens, towels and furniture this condo is not to be missed!
There are 2 parking spots included and a communal hot tub is located in the building for you to soak in after a day of adventure on the mountain.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
